OOC: I’m going to move things forward a bit. This takes place after the meeting with the Admiral. Edit-changed the ranks slightly.

Captain Horatio Lionel Von Stephens-Hilderbrand the III gathered his contingent outside the Wolverine. He had been preparing them for this mission, ever since the Admiral had brought news to him that Commodore Oper had been captured. He was a short and stocky man, although you wouldn’t have thought it. As his name suggested he had a big personality. He was middle aged but well built despite this, not letting his age diminish his physique. He had short grey hair and a bushy moustache. He looked around at the marines gathered in front of him and he swelled with pride. He had served with them for more than 10 years, save for the 5 new comers. They’d recently suffered some casualties in a miner skirmish, including his Second in Command. There were 20 marines in total, a StaffSergeant- also a new comer, a Sergeant and two Corporals. He looked over at his new Second, Lt. Cole Miner he was called. An odd name, Horatio thought but his record was impressive.
“Are we ready to join the Wolverine, Cole?” He asked in his posh English accent.
“Aye Sir.” Cole Miner replied smartly.
Horatio nodded and turned to Stagf Sergeant T’Plak- a Vulcan woman. Horatio felt it odd that a Vulcan had joined the Marines but her record spoke volumes and he wasn’t one to judge.
“Organise the Marines for boarding the Wolverine. Myself and Cole will go and meet the Captain.” He stated and T’Plak nodded and arranged the section for boarding while Horatio and Cole moved away and walked over to a crewmember.
“Good day, Captain Horatio Lionel Von Stephens-Hilderbrand the III and Lt. Cole Miner ready for boarding. We’re the marine contingent assigned to the Wolverine. I trust you were expecting us?” He asked waiting to be taken on board to meet the Commander Morris.
