T’Pris looked around the sparse civilian quarters one more time before she closed her carry satchel and picked up the data pad near it. She thummed it on as she picked up the satchel and headed out of the quarters at a brisk walk.

She scanned the pad as she reread her orders from Admiral Nelson, she could hardly credit that here she was in space again. About to serve Star-Fleet again, albeit only in an advisory manner. She had been unable to refuse the Admiral. As always there were lives at stake.

She sighed quietly to herself as she entered the docking ring and moved toward the airlock and loading ramp that led to the USS Wolverine. The rest of her belongings had already been loaded so it was just herself and her carryall now.

She passed the ships air lock and entered the corridor on Deck 3, a young Ensign stood on duty.

“Good day, Ensign. I am Dr. T’Pris, Civilian consultant. Permission to co e aboard?”

((Leaving this open for someone else to greet me!))

Dradvia had been sent to check and sign for crates of medical supplies. She stood opposite the Ensign to wait.

“Biometric authorization please, ma’am,” the Ensign said holding out a scanner.

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

“Absolutely, Ensign.” T’Pris said as she complied and put her hand on the scanner. “Has the Admiral been aboard yet?” She asked as the scanner verified her identity.

“If she is ma’am, she didn’t come through while I was here. I don’t see any Admiral on the list either. You have been assigned to Deck 5 VIP quarters. Would you like an escort?”

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

T’Pris nodded once as she adjusted the strap of her carryall on her shoulder as she prepared to follow the Ensign. “Certainly, Ensign that would be fine.” As she moved up beside the other woman she added, “VIP quarters? That does not seem necessary, I would have been fine with regular quarters but it is appreciated.”
