“I’ve listened to a few classics from the 2360s, Commander,” Sterling said as they began their journey from the bay and into the turbolift. The Cadet moved a bit to the side for the sled to have room in the lift. He wasn’t too sure how the CMO would feel about it being brought to her Sickbay since it was so small, but they had a timeframe to follow, and he didn’t want the Captain to wait too long.
“I’m sure our Intel Officer would love it too,” Evan replied once they all were in the turbolift.
Cadet Evan Sterling
4th Year Cadet“Everyone is going to love it. Trust me,” Kelleher turned his head to the Cadet. “This thing was installed aboard the S.S. Sojourner back when the NX-01 Enterprise was still in nappies, and before that it did time on the original Jupiter Station. It in itself is a slice of history, Cadet.”
The doors opened and he pushed the sled out into the corridor, the low hum of the grav repulsors filling the walkway with its’ familiar buzz. “Whats’ your specialty, Sterling?” Logan asked as they walked. “Babysitting the new Operations Chief is sure an odd one.”
Kelleher
“Starship navigation and stellar Cartography,” Sterling replied as they walked along the corridor. With the size of the Wolverine, it was only a short walk to the Sickbay. “I’ll keep the sled out here while you get checked out by the Doctor, Commander,” Evan stated. The Cadet placed his hand onto the sled to stop them and gestured to the Sickbay door.

4th Year CadetLooking at the door, the big Operations chief turned back to the Cadet. “If it leaves this spot or if it gets scratched, you won’t be able to hide from me.” A slight pause of the dead serious expression was followed by the man breaking into a smile and then patting the cadet on the shoulder. “I’m sure we understand each other.”
As if on cue the doors to sickbay opened, and Rosa was standing visible from the corridor. She had been informed of the new crew member, and was preparing to greet them. Meanwhile, focusing on her PaDD until she looked up to see the colorfully-dressed Commander.
“Oh,” she hummed, looking him over with both her natural and cybernetic eye, “You must be Commander Kelleher.”
|Dr. García,
CMO/CNS|“Good guess,” Logan grinned and stepped inside the sickbay. “What gave me away? Is my luggage tag stuck to my pants?” Giving himself an exaggerated once over, he looked up and at the woman’s cybernetic eye. “Or, did you get one of those medical scanners that read bio-signatures installed in your eye? That might come in handy you know.”
The Cadet watched as the door closed behind them, then questionably turned back to the music box on the sled. “Now how is he going to hook this up in the lounge?” Evan asked himself.
Cadet Evan Sterling
4th Year Cadet“Logan Kelleher,” he stuck out his, large, hand towards her in greeting. “Pleasure to make your acquaintance. Apparently I need to be poked and probed before they’ll let me do my job. I think it’s just shirt jealousy, honestly. The guy on the street corner on Risa told me this was genuine Tellarite cotton. Highest grade. I got three. I didn’t even know they made cotton on Tellar Prime.”

“Dr. Rosalinda García. On duty Dr. García is fine. But off duty, it’s Rosa,” Dr. García feigned a serious look for a moment. Then just as quickly let out a small laugh. She accepted the handshake, firm as she could for someone her size.
“I’m not a textile expert so I have no idea. I will say it is very… colorful. I like it very much, actually. It brings out something about you. But, you can tell me more after we get to that ‘poking and prodding’ bit.”
She gestured for Kelleher to join her in the sickbay,
“Pick anyone you like, and if we need to move you I’ll let you know…”
