Alita had been in the holodeck for an hour when 0630 finally rolled around. Phaser drills were rarely just phaser drills and, with two new people on board, she was going to make certain this one lived up to that plus, it gave her something to work out her frustrations on.

She had just finished tweaking the last of the programming and the landscape she had designed shimmered into view. Now, all that was left was to wait for James and Basil.

Ensign black walked in and seen Alita in the holo deck, and walked up to her. “Hello ma’am I brought the knives I replicateed,” James was carrying a type three phaser, and a type one in his boot. He was in his uniform, with a pair of sheath’s on him one was smaller then the other. He didn’t know what to expect, so he was ready for just about anything. Plus he wanted to show Alita what he replicated.
