Stretching her legs a bit in the shuttle bay and picking up her duffle bag filled with her few belongings she headed out to report to the ships XO. Apparently a man of mystery considering the only information she was able to acquire about him was his name, a Mr. Bryson Erin. Digging out her padd from her belongings she brought up the ships schematics and located Mr. Erin’s office. Making her way swiftly to his door she straitened her unruly red locks and travel wrinkled tunic. Avoiding the door chime as was her custom she lifted a long thin hand as it curled into a fist and gently knocked….

The XO’s quarters usually doubled as his office, when he wasn’t on the Bridge. Luckily, the Commander wasn’t asleep and was sitting at his desk looking over the upcoming assignment.

“Enter!” Commander Erin called out. He found it slightly odd that the person knocked instead of using the chime. Had the Wolverine been a larger starship, the knock would have been unheard.

The lanky red head stepped through the threshold and stood some what at attention in front of the Commander’s desk. “Sorry to disturb you so late Sir but I’m Ensign Mantis just assigned here and am checking in.” Mentally she checked him off on her list of those she was required to check in with upon arriving.
