If you experience any strange or out of the norm behavior within your department, please take a moment to notify myself or the Lt. Governor. I’m talking about anything that would seem outright anomolyous. People acting erratically, people going missing, etc. This is for a brief time. I can not go into detail as of yet until more details are determined.
