IC: Michael Conrad sat in one of the high end bars. Open late with just enough people milling about to create a much desired dark atmosphere. He was more of a neutral in personality, but the place afforded some fun at the right times. It was also a good place to find some well paid work that wasn’t on the public radar.

He sat at a table on his own, observing the place with a whiskey.

A tall man with a full beard stepped in with a briefcase on some sort of official looking business. It was an odd situation given the relaxed nature of the T & C. The man sat down at a table of his own, setting the briefcase down at his feet and waiting to be served.

For Conrad, this caught his attention.
