Subject spotted speaking to head of precinct Kyle Withers. Subject seemed professional with HoP. (link present for dossier)
Subject stopped at OE Cleaners (link present for dossier) and retrieved what looks to be clothing. (pictures, receipt listed)
Subject stopped at local grocer (link present for dossier) and purchased what looks to be food. (pictures, receipt listed)

Excerpt from personal observances of Intelligence Officer following Miss Rousseau. has had no unusual activity among her day to day activities. She seems well liked among her professional peers but has yet to be seen in her personal time in their company or anyone else except one visit from Mr. Dawson, owner of Secret Securities on OED V (link present for dossier). He did not stay over night. It seems she keeps to herself thus far. Though has been seen in the presence of the Head of Police practicing shooting and taking self defense classes with his wife (link present for dossier), she does not seem to have any long standing hobbies. Most electronic records from home and work indicate someone who could be considered a workaholic. Much of her evenings are spent on her outdoor covered patio alo.....ALERT ALERT ALERT: Request for Surveillance Level 5 for Astrid Rousseau, Head of the Judiciary, OED V terminated. =/\= Actually, I was asked to contact you because it is you that did something interesting. Putting a level 5 surveillance tag on the Head of the Judiciary Branch of OED V is quite a large step. It raised eyebrows. She is highly regarded and trusted by command here. It was anomalous for someone to distrust her like this. Exactly what did she do to warrant such suspicion as needs more than Level 1 much less Level 5 surveillance? =/\=
Logue Dunnon was hardly alone in his opinion that the change in Rousseau’s status was a worry. What could she have done that would make her so distrusted? Or had the new CIO of OED V overstepped, using vital section 31 resources for no reason? Surely he knew that would be frowned upon.

Loque sat back and seemed to consider this news. Astrid wasn’t one to go blowing covers. She understood the importance of secrecy. She had friends in high places and had never seemed the “suspicious” or untrustworthy type before. In fact, their personal profile on her was anything but. Finally he nodded. “Alright. As long as that is the only reason and scope for the surveillance. This isn’t carte blanche and not for any personal information discovery mission or to sate any curiosity you might have. This is strictly for the reason you stated and not a hair more.”
Suddenly he went from serious to smirking. “I have to wonder James, how you could botch it so badly that in your first meeting with the judge, you possibly blew your cover?” His tone was teasing, superior, amused. It was not often that Section 31 members could take the mickey out of each other this way.

Every muscle in Nicholas’ body tensed. The humour had eluded him. “She interrupted a critical meeting. The Governor here, one Michael Halloway, is the source of the nanoprobes used to enhance me. I needed to prod his memory and ensure his silence. She walked in uninvited. A Starfleet officer doesn’t have the resources to do what I did. I’m fairly certain she thinks I’m either a superstitious spy or an insecure man resorting to puffery. I don’t care what she thinks, as long as the cover is intact.”
