Xavier sat in his office awaiting an update on the SF investigation into the murder of former Sf officer and Governor of Oed Prim Zar. There was a variety of scenarios he had played out in his head. However he was not a man of speculation. He allowed facts to guide him and he waited for the COS to provide those to him. Other duties of his office were never ending, even in crisis. The Colonial Office of Infrastructure needed him to approve a transit route that would bring it 1 meter closer to SF controlled property on Oed. It was nothing more than a relay station for intracoms between one installation and another but it was part of the myriad rules that governed the colony and SF. security implications were always a consideration as well as damage etc....It lay on his desk like an albatross and he had yet to touch it. It was just one of many such duties.

Right now he wanted a killer or killers caught and this was just an extra thing added along with the Archanon issue. Maybe it was even related.
