Alston paced back and forth in front of the large window in his office, over looking the city. With the changing of the Governor it called into question what he wanted to do next. His contract was up, and he was free to do what he wanted. He could return to his old life, flying amongst the stars, doing the odd jobs here and there. But there was something nice about having a place to go home to each night.

But that was something to consider in the near future. For now though, there was work to be done. He had spent enough time building up the agency, he wasn’t going to leave it to fall part. And with Mr. Reilly off world on an assignment, he didn’t have anyone else that could step in. So for now, it was as good of an excuse to stick around for a bit longer then anything else he had.

First thing, figure out what he could learn about this new Governor of theirs. Sliding out a stool, he started pulling up all of the information he could on Vaelir th’Renn.
