It had been almost a week since her appointment with Korczak that changed everything. She was sitting outside his office, waiting for her appointment. It had taken some convincing to get Yavia to let her come alone. Yavia had a million questions it seemed. Sharah promised to make an appointment just for her and Charles to be able to see Korczak and ask him questions.

About 5 minutes passed, and then the door slif open. The counselor stood in the doorway and smiled at Sharah. “Well, well, well… welcome Director Fayth. Please come in. It is good to see you.” Korczak said with a small smile. He gestured into the office and stepped out of the doorway to allow her space to enter.

Sharah laughed at the use of her new title. She still felt like she was in a bit of whirlwind, but she was excited for it all. She entered his office, but didn’t move directly to a chair like normal. She sort of paced about. Korczak had seen her pace before, when she was extremely overwhelmed or agitated by something she couldn’t quite push out. This was different though. She was having a hard time concealing the smile that wanted to break through.

As soon as the door shut, she turned to him, the smiled lighting up her face, “We’re getting married!” Sharah slapped a hand over her mouth because in her excitement her voice had rose slightly.
