Alston stepped out of the Company slider in front of the Federation Embassy. He decided that this one was one stop where he didn’t need to keep a low profile, so he might as well make it as official as possible.

Passing through security he entered the embassy and stepped up to someone who looked like they were a receptionist.

“Excuse me. I was wondering if I might be able to get an appointment with Ambassador Mathis.”
