Alright folks, we’re about to do the thing we’ve been waiting to do. It’s gala time!

Here’s how it will work:

Everyone will arrive and we will have a Green Room set up for the VIPs. The Governor, Lt. Governor and Ambassador Mathis will formally greet the Vren delegation outside in front of the press when they arrive, and there will be a formal greeting by some of Oed’s students.

All attendees will be in the event space on the main floor of the Oed Museum. There will be a description of the place at the beginning, so use that as reference. It will be a dinner event, with a buffet. The Vren have brought their own food. People are free to mingle about, but when it comes time for the formalities, people will be expected to find their seat. Once the speeches and stuff are done, it’s mingling galore. Have fun and try not to cause a diplomatic incident! And don’t forget that the entire Federation is watching. No pressure. ;)

• Governor and Lt. Governor & Staff
• Ambassador Mathis & Dashiel Jones
• Oed Cabinet
• Starfleet Senior Officers
• Guests of the Above
• CCDA & Starfleet Security on duty working the event (the police are covering the building outside and the surrounding area)
• Anyone who doesn’t hold an official position who wants to attend can be on the guest list as either someone’s +1 or because they were invited because ‘they know a guy’

If you aren’t sure if you should join in, talk to James or I. But we’ll make things work if you want to participate!
