Revna had finished coordinating details for the their surprise stop. She had relayed the information to Cpt Kris, and their itinerary had been adjusted accordingly. So far the trip had been quiet and smooth. They had made their first stop at Hadru for supplies. It was a quaint little way station with some unique vendors. Serving on a 5 deck ship the whole crew had taken turns getting off to stretch their legs. Mike and Revna had as well. They had spent three days at a larger station and then an outpost taking their time and enjoying it. Most days Mike played and sang and dragged Revna into it as much as possible.

Right now she was sitting on the aft deck, watching the stars through the clear dome and writing down details that Ragna insisted on having for the archives. It was a nice reflective exercise for Revna. Ragna and Seamus should have arrived on Oed by now and Revna wondered how they were both holding up. There was a soft knock on the door from the lounge and Tevna looked up, “Cpt Kris. What can I do for you?”

The man smiled, his ears flicking back and forth. “I wanted to let you and Mike know we will be arriving at Aldebaran this evening. We have a 4 day stop over. And dinner tomorrow night is on me.”

Revna stood, picking up her cup of tea. “Thank you, Kris.” The captain left to return to the bridge and Revna went down a deck looking for Mike.

Revna McKenzie

Mike was napping, which for the barrel-chested, semi-retired punk rocker-turned highly successful bar owner meant he was sprawled out on a couch snoring.

As Revna roused him, he startled slightly but said “Wha-? I’m awake! Whats happening? Where are we?”

Big Mike McKenzie

Revna sat on the edge of the couch next to him, her hand moving slowly over his thigh. She smiled softly, “We’re in our suite on the Avion. Kris said we are docking at Aldebaran in a couple hours. We’ll be able to disembark shortly after. We’ll be here four days.” She leaned in and kissed him lazily.

Revna McKenzie

Mike sighed against the kiss and then laid his head back. “I was having the best dream. The six of us- you and your sisters and me and Seamus and Capall- were all on vacation on a beach somewhere. There was drinking and music and dancing… and then Seamus challenged Capall to a wrestling match and got his ass kicked. It was fantastic…” he said as if longing for it to be real; and then he laughed.

Big Mike McKenzie

Revna chuckled but kept her voice soft, “Oh, I can see it. And knowing Seamus and Capall, along with the rest of us, it is going to happen. Drinking, music, dancing, and some kind of challenge, dare, or bet. That is going to be a daily occurrence. We might lose our minds otherwise.” Revna leaned back against the couch, next to him. Revna stared up at the ceiling. “We need to do that, plan for it, sometime, the six of us take a vacation. Step back and recharge together.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike chuckled. “And leave our people alone? They’d burn down the planet before dinner.” He sighed. “But yeah, we do need to. But it can’t happen till we have everyone set up and the land working. It wouldn’t be right leaving the Clan when the hard work is being done.” He took her hand and smiled at her. “Not that I’m suggesting thats what you are saying, mind you.”

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

“And not until everyone else has gotten time off.” That was a lot of people but by then, hopefully, they wouldn’t need all hands available all the time. Revna curled her fingers around his palm. “After every step is finished we should have a Clan day off. Like after the reconciliation maybe just not as wild and only a day. Celebrate our accomplishments together. We should make it a point to make sure to recognize the efforts of each group and what they have done. It’s a lot but important. But it will be a bit before we need to handle that.” She grinned at him, “Today you get to show off how much of a beer snob you are.”

Revna McKenzie

“Connoisseur, not snob. And I resent the implication. You know damn well I’ll drink almost anything.” he said with a laugh. “But I am curious. How exactly am I gonna show off my beer skills, hmm? Drinking contest? I mean, I’m on roll since Gravel beat Cara.” and he laughed.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Revna laid her head back and laughed. “You know I have never seen him look that happy. She’s cute though. I bet she gives him all kinds of hell.” She looked over at him. “I don’t care how you show off. You said tou wanted to see of you could find some new brews for the bar. Should we go bar hopping or show up all important personages at the breweries and demand tours and samples?”

Revna McKenzie

“Bar hopping. I’ve had enough pomp and grandeur working with S’Tek while you were off galvanting with Fleet Captain Dreamboat.” he said with a smirk.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Revna nodded. Yeah she could totally agree with having had enough pomp and grandeur. Especially of having to do it alone. And S’Tek was SO tiresome. BUT if Revna had been eating or drinking she would have choked. “What?!” She blinked at him. “Cochrane???” Then she got this really wicked grin, “Naw not my type. Too scrawny, a nose like a hawk, and his taste in music was far too classical. Not enough fun.” She leaned in really close, “You know who is my type?” Her eyes dropped to his mouth and back. “Harv, the chef. He knows how to make a woman laugh.”

Revna McKenzie (You were warned)

Mike looked at her… and nodded vigorously in agreement. “Oh yeah! I heard about him! Not only can he cook, but he can make a lady sweon with just an offer of his… ‘desserts’. No way I woulda been able to resist that. And you somehow managed…” and he shook his head in mock-impressed. “And Cochrane may have been scrawny to you, but the crew on Event Horizon? Shiiiiiit… he had captured the imagination of more than a few of them. Hell, there was a run on the dress shop and lingerie store the day before the Manhattan docked. Ridiculous.” and he grinned at her.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Revn laughed, “Oh yeah, the whole crew knows it too. They get hit on more by people trying to get to Cochrane than for themselves. There is quite the extensive pool about it. I feel bad for him though. He is more than his rank and looks. BUT Harv. Forget his desserts, his seafood chowder is heavenly,” she sighed dramatically, “I am not his type though. He likes pain in the arse Orion XOs. He didn’t just let her in his kitchen, he invited her. And fights with her like Thor battles ice giants. But you mught have a chance. He is a big fan.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike laughed. “Oh hell no… one thing I learned on tour with the quickness… groupies are nuts.” and he laughed again. “Give Runa a run for her money, even. Oh! Speaking of… we gotta figure out how I’m giving her that bra back in the most embarrassing way possible.” and he looked thoughtful for a moment. “Maybe throw it at her at the end of her first speech to the clan.” and he chuckled wickedly.

Mike McKenzie

Revna chuckled. “That would be amazing. Or wait till we get her to play the pipes again or sing. Just warn Capall first. He’ll get a kick out of it, I think. Oh! You know she’ll be there, right up front as the Clan disembark, as they first arrive. Give it back then. So they all can see it.” Runa had been very…tame since Capall. Revna liked the change, the way Capall affected her, but she knew it wouldn’t stay that way. It was just Capall got her wildness now. “I’m recording it. So I. An watch her stutter and try to explain over and over.”

Revna McKenzie

“Done.” Mike said with finality and a grin. “Now then, my dear… what kind of shenanigans do you have queued up for us now?”

Mike McKenzie

Revna looked at him, raised their clasped hands to her lips and kissed the back of his hand. “None. I know you said you wanted to see some of the breweries, but no plan. We’ve had enough of plans and schedules and itineraries for a long while. Kris has invited us to dinner at a place he knows tomorrow night. Other than that, I thought maybe we could just go and see what happens.”

Revna McKenzie

He looked at her and grinned. “How about a hotel room? Some time off the ship, some privacy… just you and I till dinner tomorrow. What do you say?” He didn’t wait for a response, he just stood up and went to the computer. “Maybe a couple’s massage?” and he laughed. He looked at the computer for a few moments and then said “Go pack a little. Enough for three nights.” and he turned and winked at her.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Oh that wink. Revna felt a thrill start somewhere near her heart as she felt a flush start somewhere near her toes and rush all the way to her cheeks. Mike winked at her like that and she would do whatever he wanted. She laughed at herself as she moved into the bedroom. She grabbed a larger duffle from the closet. The sound of hangers being moved and then the closet door closing. Drawers opened and shut in the bedroom and the bathroom for a couple of minutes. It was 3 days, they didn’t need much, mostly each other. Then she zipped the bag closed and Revna appeared in the door way. She grinned at him, “We’re packed.”

Revna McKenzie

“And we have a room ready for us at the resort. Looks out over the pool and is the only suite on the floor of that wing.” he said with a grin. “Let me pack, and you go tell Kriss we’ll be at the Jade Prism Resort, okay?”

Revna grabbed her bag and headed up a floor to the lounge and main deck. Kriss was passing through after having gone to check the seal on the airlock. Revna passed on the info. Krissy grinned, “Oh I am sure you will quite enjoy the resort.” Revna chuckled but didn’t ask for clarification.

Mike started to grab basic clothes: jeans, t-shirts, his black boots, and a pair of swim trunks. He also brough one of his more dapper outfits in case they went to a nice dinner. He made his way out of their cabin and up to the main deck, tossing his bag on the couch and looking around for Revna.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Her voice was coming from the aft observation deck. The door was slightly ajar and she was leaned one hip against the back of a chair while the chef paced back and forth looking nervous. He nodded slowly and the broke out in a grin. He thanked her, hugged her in a whirl wind and came out the door like a man in a mission, and stopped short seeing Mike. His grin got even bigger, “Your wife is wonderful.” Then disappeared into the kitchen. Revna shook her head and laughed as she moved into Mike’s arms. “Ready to go? Krissy said we’re docked and can leave any time.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike looked at the chef and then shrugged and said “Yeah, I know.” as the man departed. He looked at Revna and said “What spells are you casting on people now, witch?” with a laugh. Without waiting for an answer, he took her hand and led her off the ship.

Revna laughed and shrugged. “If advice is witchcraft then I’m guilty. No more than you are thought. I am utterly at the mercy of your spell, McKenzie.” Revna grabbed her bag from the chair as they made their way off the ship.

The spaceport was an orbital station, but there were plenty of choices for transport to the surface. Fortunately the resort had a dedicated shuttle and the pilot stood outside the passenger terminal with a holo-sign that said ‘Lord and Lady McKenzie’. Mike walked up and said “Hello. That’s us.” The Andorian looked at him somewhat askance and said “You are Lord McKenzie?” with an obvious judgmental up and down assessment of Mike’s wardrobe: a black leather jacket over a pink t-shirt that said ‘Never Mind The Bollocks Here Comes The Sex Pistols’ and a pair of jeans and his combat boots. Mike grinned. “Bet your ass i am. Now let’s go.” with a slight edge to his voice.

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Revna snickered. She thought they were leaving all the pomp and circumstance behind, and here he was using their titles to make reservations. It was probably less attention than telling people he was “Big Mike”. She laughed again. The Andorian turned his gaze on her and gave her a long once over as well: hip ridder jeans with a black t-shirt that had crossed drinking horns on it that read ‘The Blood of Vikings Runs Through My Veins!! And Mead…Mostly Mead.” She wore a deep burgundy (the same red as on the McKenzie tartan) suede jack that stopped right at her bottom rib and high heeled boots of the same color. And of course the copper rune beads in her hair. Revna grinned with a raised brow at the man, daring him to say something.

He was getting paid either way, what did he care. Humans were weird. “If you are ready, then follow me.”

“Of course we are. We didn’t come to make you stand around and watch ice melt in space.” The man paused, surprised and then grinned widely. “Right this way, Lord and Lady McKenzie.” He turned and led them to the small shuttle bay and opened the hatch for their shuttle. He closed it behind them and settled into the pilot’s seat.

Revna McKenzie

“Ah, the joys of being a diplomats spouse.” Mike said as they settled into the comfortable seats. “I was just gonna deck him.” and he chuckled.

“He would have probably enjoyed it the challenge, his emoloyeer not so much.” The Andorian chuckled. “Name’s Saner. You feel like sparing Lord McKenzie, just ask for me.”

The shuttle lifted off and the trip was relatively quick. The shuttle dropped through the atmosphere and soon they were sailing over a large, green world with many lakes and rivers. Far off on the horizon sat an immense ocean. The shuttle made its way to small-ish city by said ocean where it landed on a pad in a large, lush garden behind a gold-colored metal building. The building was low, only five or six stories, but it was the central point of the resort. Bungalows built into the cliffs overlooking the ocean were the main feature, and it was one of these that the couple would be staying in for the next four days.

It was clear from Revna’s expression, Mike knew her quite well. The way her eyes lit up and the smile in her fave was wnough to prove she was excited about the location.

A Human woman stepped up to the shuttle as the doors raised and she said “Aye! Hallo and welcome to ya?!” in an excited Scottish brogue. “Lord and Lady McKenzie it;s a right pleasure havin’ ya wid us, for certain.” She was tall, red-haired, and very pretty… the perfect representative for the resort. She laughed softly. “I usually gotta bury tha accent… nice ta know I can sound normal around ya!” and she laughed. “My name is Kaitlin Royce, and I’ll be your coordinator for ya stay. Basically, I do for ya so ya dunnae haf’ta.”

Mike smiled and said “Pleasure. And please.. it’s Mike and Revna. We are on vacation.”

‘Big’ Mike McKenzie

Before the shuttle took off to return to the orbital platform Revna thanked Saner, and turned her full attention to the woman. The woman’s accent reminded her of home. One of them anyway. “Thank you, Kaitlin. This is lovely. Please lead on, I’m excited to see it all.”

“The Cliffside Haven Resort was bult ten years ago.” Kaitlin began. “We cover four hundred standard acres and have two hundred and eighty-eight cliff bungalows built inta tha cliffs themselves. Most only have windows that lookout on the ocean, but we ‘ave a few select ones w’ balconies. Due to the incessant storms we receive here, only a few are sheltered enough by the natural rock tae be able ta make them at all feasible. Your bungalow has the largest balcony, as well as a flight of stairs down ta tha ocean itself. You’ll be a hundred and twenty meters above the ocean and have a fully private cove ta enjoy tha water. No one else has access to the cove, so ya are free tae enjoy it as ya wish.” and she looked back at Revna and grinned slightly.

Revna grinned at Kaitlin. She was sure that Mike had all the same ideas that were now floating through her own head. She turned and winked at Mike. “You spoil me.”

She led down a small path through the lush garden and trees until they exited and were on a wider path that went towards the sea,

Revna tucked her hand into the crook of Mike’s elbow as they walked. “How long have you been here, Kaitlin?”

Revna McKenzie

“Oh, goin’ on four years now. I started off a’tha front desk, but now I am tha lead concierge agent.” she replied. The walk took them about ten minutes, but soon they came to a flat piece of ground with a rectangle cut into it. Stairs went down into the ground in the direction of the ocean and ended at a door. Kaitlin went to the door and it slid open. “And here you are. My comm is the first one in the directory. Whatever you need, anyt’ing at all, ya call me and I’ll make it happen. Your bags’ll be here in a minute. Need anything ‘fore I go?”

Kaitlin

Revna walked in and smiled. It was lovely and subdued. It was luxurious but soft, welcoming rather than making one stand in awe. The view out the windows from the balcony were stunning and made Revna itch for the water. And their bags hadn’t arrived yet, which meant they could enjoy it first without Mike’s habit of needing to pack or unpack. Revna chuckled softly, “Perhaps light refreshments. Whatever you would recommend that is unique that we should sample while we are here.”

Revna McKenzie

Kaitlin smiled and said “Beer flights are already on the chilling table on the balcony, as well as a charcuterie board with local meats and vegetables.” Bedroom is to the left, kitchen to the right. Enjoy, and welcome.” and she stepped outside and the door slid closed. Mike looked at Revna and grinned. “So? I do okay or what?”

Mike

Revna turned and eyed him - happiness and love. “Mike this is…or what because okay just doesn’t cover it.” She wrapped her arms around him and leaned in. “You spoil me. Whatever did I do to deserve you?” She brushed her lips across his in a slow savoring complete way.

“And as soon as my bag gets here I’m putting on a bathing suite and going to the beach.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike smiled at her and then started dropping clothes. “Cool… cool… I’ll see ya down there, then.” and soon his bare backside was out the balcony door and heading down the steps leading down to the cove.

Mike McKenzie

Revna stood on the balcony and watched, a wolf whistle following him down the stairs. Oh yes she knew it was a private cove and she was sure to join him in his state of undress. “Sometimes, Mike, the outfit is worth it.” He couldn’t hear her of course. Revna picked up a beer off the flight and took a sip. Then she another sip along with a bite of a slice of meat. Then she she cleared her palate with the water that was there as well. A pair of Bynars appeared at the door with their bags. Revna took them with thanks and a tip.

A few minutes later she stepped off the stairs of the secluded beach wearing a very very sheer black bikini with criss-crossing straps and a high halter neck. And a 3 panel sheer purple skirt with a jeweled belt. She sighed with delight as her bare feet touched the sand. Her eyes locked on the the view that was Mike as she made her way towards him.

Revna McKenzie

Mike was in the water when Revna appeared, and he stared at the bikini and had never been more thankful for the concealment the water gave his lower half. Yes, they were alone. Yes, they were married. And yes they had both seen every square inch of one another more times than either could count. But the overwhelming and immediate effect that the shear material and flowing skirt had on Mike would have been just downright embarrassing had he still been on the beach.

“Uh… um… hi?” he managed to stammer out as he stared at the outfit and the love of his life inside it.

Mike McKenzie

Revna grinned. She knew exactly the effect she and her choice of clothing was having on her husband. She was not shy about admitting she was enjoying it either. “Hi yourself.” She chuckled as she slowly made her way to the tide line. “How’s the water?” Revna reached down, pulling a string the let the skirt fall off. Revna tossed it higher up in the beach. “Any objection to me joining you?”

Revna McKenzie

Mike grinned and said “The water is perfect, but I’m sorry. There is a dress code for this ocean. And I hate to say it, but you are way overdressed for this water.” His grin grew wider and he said “But, uh… I may know somebody who could get you in. But I’ll tell ya up front… he’ll expect a little somethin’ in return.”

And then he winked at her.

Mike McKenzie

Revna’s gaze raked over him, and he could see the flush rush up her body all because of that wink. “You know you are really picky. All the places you take me have such unique and strict dress codes.” She made her way ankle deep into the shallows. “Hmm well I might be willing to barter with him, depends on what he wants and how perfect the water is.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike smiled and said “Well… c’mon and check out for yourself. If you dare.” and he splashed water at her. The water was cool but not cold, and a dazzling blue.

Mike McKenzie

Revna walked further into the water, swaying her hips slightly, laughing with a shake of her head as he splashed her. She got about knee deep and suddenly dived into the water as a wave broke. She flitted past him and surfaced a few feet behind him, head tipped up at the sky. “You’re right, the water is perfect.”

Revna McKenzie

“Well… it is now.” he said with a gleam in his eye. He moved towards her and put his hands on her waist, lifted her out of the water slightly and resting her on his hip. “You know… I cannot wait till Oed has an ocean. Because I just discovered that I really like swimming in the ocean with you.” He kissed her deeply for a long time, letting the water buoy them up when the waves lifted them so that Mike’s feet didn’t touch the sand. Finally he pulled back and said “Do you remember our first date, Rev?” He asked the question knowing that she did, but he always liked to hear her say it.

Mike McKenzie

Her weight rested against his hips and her arms rested around his shoulders. Mike’s warmth was a delightful contrast to the cool ocean. “Our first date?” She leaned in and kissed his neck. “Yeah I remember. From the long ship to the fairy lights. To laying on a pallet next to the fire with you. Gods you were so mad at me.”

Revna

“Did you know that as soon as I saw you swing onto the deck, I knew I was going to marry you? I even knew I was going to marry you through the debacle with the letter.” He looked deep into her eyes and smiled. “There was never a doubt in my mind that you and I would be together. I love you, Rev… more than anyone or anything.” and he kissed her again.

Mike McKenzie

Revna kissed him as the tide rocked them closer and further away from shore. “I love you, Mike. I always have, always will. Ever since I saw you standing on your longship.
You took my breath away.” She stared deep into his eyes and smiled, “If you’d read my letter you would have known it too.” She turned to look over her shoulder at the wave that was cresting behind them, “Hold your breath and enjoy the ride.” She kissed him, holding onto him as the wave broke over them and pushed them back towards shore. They tumbled and turned in the water, and when Revna felt the force ebb some she kicked up and broke the surface. She laughed softly, they were drenched, but that was okay. “It’s a good thing I didn’t let Runa take my place then. She would have been the one swinging on your ship instead of me. You’d have fallen in love with her instead.”

Revna McKenzie

Mike wiped the water from his face and said “Fat chance that. I’d have known it wasn’t you. You two look alike… but no one makes me feel like you do. And no one ever will.” He then grinned and ducked under the water. For a long moment there was nothing… and then suddenly she was up in the air on Mike’s shoulders with her legs tucked under his arms and he was laughing. “Oh… so now what are ya gonna do, love? I’m thinking you are kinda stuck on me, ain’t ya?” and he laughed again.

Mike McKenzie

Her eyebrows went up as she ducked under the water. Revna bobbed in the water and was suddenly shooting upwards. She grabbed his shoulders for a moment before she steadied. The vantage point changed the view and Revna spotted something she might make use of later. Depending on the tide. She glanced down at the top of his head. “Do? I’m not going to do anything. I am perfectly happy being stuck on you.” She leaned to the side just slightly and bent over so she was staring at him up side down. “You are my reason for breathing, Mike.” She pecked his lips quickly and sat back up. “The question I’m more interested in, is now that I’m stuck on you, what are you going to do with me?”

Revna McKenzie

Mike chuckled and said “The reason for you breathing is the transplant. I just gave you the motivation to keep doing it.” he said with a laugh and then said “Well, I don’t care how alone she said we are… I’m not going with my first instinct which is to turn you around so you aren’t behind my head.” and he laughed wickedly. “So I guess the only thing I can do is this.” and he leaned back as he let go of her legs and unceremoniously dumped her back in the water.

Mike McKenzie

Revna laughed, but there was a hint of nerves to it. “Let’s not do that. I can see more than a few windows and other vantage points from here.” Revna knew enough to take a deep breath and hold it as she started to fall. As she sank under the breakers, she was careful not to kick Mike as she propelled herself further into the water. She surfaced several feet away. “Miiike,” there was a lyrical tease to her voice. “Come swim with me.” She made a beckoning motion with her hand. Then she raised up slightly and dove back under the water, popping up just a bit further away. “Catch me and we can go somewhere private.” And she laughed.

Revna McKenzie

There was reason he was called ‘Big Mike’. He was not a small man. Tall, yes… but also heavy set. And unlike the models and recruiting posters for Star Fleet that seemed to show every officer was gorgeous and the epitome of attractive, Mike was not. Oh, he wasn’t ugly by any means. But instead of rippling muscles under a thin veneer of skin, Mike had what was known in the business as a ‘Dad Bod’. He had a belly. And he had little definition on his arms or chest. He was a big teddy bear for all intents and purposes…

But he was still really strong. And as fate would have it… a really good swimmer. Which his wife was, too… so the challenge was exciting.

He looked at Revna and and grinned, and then he disappeared under the water.

Mike McKenzie

Revna waited and when he went under she laughed and sank beneath the waves as well cutting through the water. Revna had been swimming in the ocean since she was a toddler. No placid boring pools for her. She knew how to move with the current and against it when necessary, and especially how to respect the tide. She surfaced for air and dove again. She turned in the water and spotted Mike and with a grin propelled herself forward.

Mike might not look like the poster boys for Star Fleet, but she didn’t find that attractive. His skin might not ripple, and that kind of display was honestly a turn off. Mike was strong. She could feel it every time he held her. It made her feel secure, and that was all that mattered. That strength meant Revna really had to work to keep ahead of him. They were both excellent swimmers, and it was fun. It was a challenge, but it was a game. One Revna was fully enjoying. Teasing Mike was always fun, but it had also been a long time since she’d actually swam in the water like this. Revna was enjoying the whole experience.

She surfaced taking several deep breaths, treading water gently in the current. She glanced around looking for Mike before she dived under again.

Revna McKenzie

The water moved and he popped up right in front of her and kissed her. “Tag.” he said with a grin and then disappeared under the water. A plus to having been in a punk band… the yelling vocals gave him great lung capacity.

Mike McKenzie

Revna laughed, took a breath, and sank under the water. It was beautiful, the water, was brilliantly blue, even under the waves, the sand clean and this close to shore there was very little sea life. The sun through the water created a prismatic effect that was gorgeous. Revna turned in the water, spotted Mike a couple dozen feet away and kicked off towards him. Mike was a powerful swimmer so it was a matter of using the momentum of the water to give her a little extra distance. After a few minutes of darting around each other, she dropped down from above him, tapped his shoulder and then kicked up toward the surface.

Revna McKenzie

As they broke the surface, he took a big breath and grinned at her. “No fair. I kissed you. A shoulder tap isn’t gonna cut it.” Hr moved slowly towards her and took her in his arms. Fingers made incredibly nimble from decades of bass and guitar work began to ply their trade at her swimsuit. “And its also not fair you still got all these clothes on.” and he grinned.

Mike McKenzie

Gods he made her happy. “Well you didn’t have to come up for a tap.” She wound her arms around him and kissed him. Taking her time and every so often assisting or sometimes hindering without meaning to. “Well you said you would make an exception. I figured you were just enjoying the view. Why would I deprive you of it?”

Revna

Mike grinned and said “Smartass.” he said softly as the last of the suit floated off of her, completely ignored in favor of the continuation of the festivities.

Hours later…

As they lay on the beach, enjoying the hot sand on their bare skin, Mike said “You know… I think asking you out was the best decision I ever made.”

Mike McKenzie

Revna turned her head and looked at him. “Michael McKenzie, we’re on our honeymoon. You might want to change that think to know.” Revna leaned over him, hands resting on his chest, her copper blonde hair hanging down like a curtain. “I happen to know the best thing I have ever done is tell you, you couldn’t handle me when you asked if I was single. Gods the way you looked at me.” She laughed, “I knew I was in trouble.”
