Zerbo and Hoka met up at the lobby of the Governors tower. They had a meeting with the Lt. Governor about accruing permits to mine and build a small town or a hotel like building that would accommodate the workers and give them all the things that they needed, like food, a roof over their heads, water, groceries, etc.. Zerbo walks up to the tall counter while Hoka goes and sits down. “Excuse me. I am Zerbo, the Minister of Finances and Dai’Mon Hoka and I have an appointment with the Lt. Govenor today.”
