The Lt. Governor went to his office to think. He knew he might have just sent a woman into danger while she was pregnant. He also knew she wanted to go but still was it not his duty to refuse her? He had that authority. Why did he so easily let her do it? It made him think that if he had a child would he have made that decision so. so callously? It was thing like this he had never given a thought to but now as he became older he began to think them over.
