It had been several hours of travel to the remote dig that had been set up for the large group. Transporters would have been the easier option, that is, if it hadn’t been for major kelbonite deposits in the area. The site had been set up with basic amenities. Some tools were already on site as well. Thankfully, the vehicle carrying all of their supplies had arrived before them, and thus some personnel were already setting up more gear.

Nathan turned to the others as the vehicle they were in slowed nearing the dig. “Well, I’m sure you all could use a good stretch. If you’ll take note on the left are various tents for our actual work that we all will be taking part in. Just ahead are the main resting quarters with a large tent closer to the mountain wall. That larger ones is a common area for us all to get to know each other, interact. It’s a break area. The living quarters are arranged in tents with either one or two beds. And at this point I would say the majority of the people who will be on this site are now here! So let’s get off, find your belongings, claim a room if you will. We’ll all gather in the common area in one hour where we will go over all the details of what’s happened so far and what you all will be assisting with.”

Once the vehicle came to a stop, Nathan was the first to step out offering a hand to anyone who needed help down.
