He flashed a grin. “I haven’t forgotten, promise, it’s just been a whirlwind. But sure, we can do that. First aid room good enough or is there a better place?” In his pilot days, sure he had been a little skittish about physicals but that had long worn off.

Captain McBride, Starfleet CO

Fayth grinned, “Oh I know. Arrival on Oed is not like other postings.” Fayth stood, “but that’s why we make house calls. Helps relieve some of the whirlwind. First aid station will work, and be faster than having you come to the hospital and have to wait.”

Fayth, SFCMO

“Well, you’re much kinder about it than most medical officers are,” Jonathan said with a chuckle. He rose and gestured to the door, leading her out. The first aid room was down towards the central and communal area of the compound and it wasn’t all that far from his office.

Poking his head in, the captain saw it was empty. “Good, no witnesses,” he joked before hopping up on the lone biobed.
