Charles pulled back after a long moment and smiled. “You may not say right now, but I guarantee you don’t kiss people like that unless you you are at least smitten with them.” He looked at V and said “Whaddya think, hun? Think our dear Sharah is in deep smit?” and he laughed and grabbed a piece of bacon.Tenkiller
Yavia’s eyes danced at a dazed and very smitten Sharah. “Oh she passed smitten weeks ago. You should have heard her. She couldn’t go 15 minutes without your name crossing her lips.” Yavia was suddenly silenced as a biscuit was shoved into her mouth to shut her up. She took a bite, chewed and then washed it down.
“It’s called venting,” Sharah’s face was flushed 5 shades of red. “He was disrupting the care of my patients with his annoying need to show off!”
“I believe your words were ‘annoyingly likable’ with a happy grin on your face. Oh and let’s not forget she walks into the ward every morning and the first words are, ‘Tenkiller here?’ and the answer is no and she’d go pout in an officer for an hour.”
Yavia
“That was not pouting. That was making good use of the quiet before he arrived and brought total chaos with him.” Yavia smirked and opened her mouth. Sharah decided if it worked for them, it could very well work for her. She leaned across Charles, tugging Yavia’s hand till she was only an inch from her, looked her dead in the eye, “Shut up, luv,” leaned in and kissed her. Quick, but full of meaning. Then she sat up, grabbed her toast, “Eat your breakfast, Yavia,” and took a bite.
Sharah
Charles blinked once… twice… and then started laughing. He then started chanting “One-of-us! One-of-us!” loudly. He took a deep breath and then looked at the two women. “So a kinda serious question that I guess we should address.” He took a drink and then asked “So how do we wanna handle this outside’a here? As in… what do we want to tell people? Or are we gonna try and hide it? I will say I ain’t a fan of that approach, but for professionalism purposes I’ll entertain the idea ina discussion.”
Tenkiller
Yavia just stared at Sharah for a long quiet moment and then softly brushed a strand behind her ear. Then she looked at TK. “I’m not afraid to tell people, it’s not really their business but I’m not going to hide it. Though it’s not like I could. The nurses will know that I am not in my apartment and the gossip and speculation will spread like fire on dried leaves.” Yavia shrugged. “Is there a need to make a public announcement? Probably not, but I don’t see a reason not to be truthful about it.”
Yavia
“I agree. My thought is if we try to lie about it or hide it, folks might think we’re ashamed of it. And I sure as hell ain’t.” Tenkiller said firmly.
Sharah wasn’t sure if anyone would notice she was in her apartment in the fleet quarters or not. That did make her wonder what to do about that though. She said she was staying, but for how long? Was he asking for the weekend or? She took a deep breath and stopped herself. “I have to be reachable. I’m not required to stay in the fleet complex, but I do have to tell them where I am staying, so it’s going to be known either way.” At least a little bit. She looked at Yavia, “there is so much fraternization that goes on at Sacred Heart I don’t think, professionally, anyone will bat an eye. As long as we don’t give them reason to question our work I don’t see a problem. Plus you are civilian I am not, so technically I’m not your boss.”
Then they both looked at him, “What do you want to tell people?”
Sharah
Tenkiller thought for a moment and then said “I don’t wanna tell ‘em jack. Its nobody’s business what we do except ours. That bein’ said, we all know tongues are gonna wag over this. So, what I’d like to say if someone asks me what is going on with V and Sharah is this: ‘I’m in love with a woman who is love with he woman who loves me. And also the reverse of that.’ and just watch their little heads spin.” and he laughed.
Sharah glancedat Yavia and understanding passed between them and they both laughed, “Jessie!” The poor girl would be so confused. It would take her forever to wrap her head around that. Then Sharah shook her head, “No…Jal’na. I want to watch you tell Jal’na that and just watch the aftermath,” and she giggled.
“But honestly? I just wanna say ‘Whats going on is a beautiful thing, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.’ and leave it at that.”
Tenkiller
Sharah spread more apple butter on another piece of toast. “I like that. It is beautiful and really we don’t have to explain. People who truly care will be happy with that answer. Those that aren’t happy don’t matter.”
“Yeah but that’s not as funny.” Yavia chuckled and watch Sharah eat another piece of toast and it eased a lot of her worry.
Sharah
Charles looked at the two of them and said “I want to be clear about something else. I want you living here. I want this to be your home. I want Fleet to call here when they need you, Sharah. I want the hospital to call V at home and the comms to beep here. I want you to live with me. I want you both to live with me.” He stood up and moved between them, looking from one to the other. “V… I love you. Sharah… I love you. When my aid comes into my office and says ‘You’re girlfriend is on comms, I want to wonder which one of you it is. If I get an invite to a party and it says ‘Plus One’‘, I wanna tell them they can’t count. I want you both to come home and walk through that very door.” and he pointed at the door the three came in the day before. “Thats what I want… but how does that sound to the two of you?”
Tenkiller
Yavia looked up at him and smiled brilliantly. “I adore the sound of that.” She wasn’t physically touching him, but he was being hugged. Then warm bright love and affection and happiness filled him. It slowly, carefully receeded. She grinned, “Just so you know you are going to be telling people, ‘Whats going on is a beautiful thing, and I wouldn’t have it any other way’ a lot. Because every single person in my building is going to be asking when you help me move my stuff. And Jal’na may try to run off with you.” She laughed.
“Ten slips of Latium says you can take her.” Tenkiller said with a wink.
Yavia laughed, “Oh have no doubt. No one messes with the people I love.” She winked at him, “I’ll keep a spoon in my back pocket.”
Sharah looked overwhelmed by it. Like maybe the reality of everything that was happening hit her all at once. Not being able to hear or feel anything made it strange, like she wasn’t fully participating in the conversation. (At the same time the silence was such a relief.) She felt like someone might come by and pull the rug to find out the ground was still crumbling.
She glanced over at Sharah and then slid next to her, putting an arm around her shoulders. Yavia pulled her over so she was resting on her shoulder She leaned in, speaking softly, calmly. “Scared?” Sharah nodded. “You said you were staying, and I know you meant it. So do you just want a weekend with us or a life with us?”
Yavia
“And don’t feel like ya have to choose the big one. V and I will be happy to take whatever time you are willing to give, hun.”
Without hesitation, Sharah knew what she wanted, “I want to live here, with both of you.” She was going to be really lonely if she woke up to find out she dreamed all this. She couldn’t stay here like that, could she? Why not? They wanted her to, so why couldn’t she? Because she was scared of herself and she might hurt them and…quietly from where she was leaned against Yavia’s shoulder, “I think I need a distraction.” Yavia would have laughed if Sharah wasn’t so serious.
“We can do that,” V tipped her chin up and kissed the corner of her mouth, her fingertips soothing across her cheek. Then Sharah was being propelled up and toward Charles and into his arms. Yavia kissed him deeply for a long moment. “I have to go fill out a change of address.” She kissed Sharah’s temple and then slipped away.
Sharah
“Dont take too long. We absolutely are starting the festivities without you!” Tenkiller called after her.
Yavia snickered, “Counting on it. Show her the bath! It’s amazing.”
Yavia
He then looked at Sharah and smiled. With single swift motion she was no longer on the ground, but cradled in Charles’s arms. He kissed her with all the passion, desire, yearning… and love he had inside him for her. They moved slowly out of the dining room, past the bar, and down the stairs. He never pulled away, never stopped, until they reached his… their… bedroom door. “Distraction, huh? So tell me… my love… just how much of a distraction do you require?” and grinned at her.
Tenkiller
The ground was suddenly gone, and her stomach dropped. Instead of falling, she was cradled securely against Charles’ chest. Her arms wrapped around his shoulders immediately, holding on. He was kissing her and she drank it in, letting the feelings he conveyes fill her up. She got lost in it, she wanted to be, she wanted them to be the only thing in her world for as long as possible. She kissed him back. There was desire and yearning that was so much more than a physical connection. There was soul moving passion, love, and trust. It was hard to believe she had found a safe port, but she was safe, she knew that because of him. All that and feelings that had no words were in her kiss.
She pressed her face into the crook of his neck and held on a little tighter. “Complete, utterly encompassing. I don’t want to be afraid.”
Sharah
“You never have to be again, love.” he said quietly. He moved them into the bedroom and went to the bathroom. “Here, stand here for a second.” and he set her small frame on her feet.
She gently kissed the side of his neck, letting herself utterly believe what he said, and pressing in close until he set her on her feet. The bathroom was…wow. That was the only term that registered in Sharah’s head. It looked like they had stepped outside into some hidden little glade. She had no doubt this would be Yavia’s favorite room.
He turned on the water in the bath and soon it was filling with hot, steamy water. He reached to a stone on the wall and touched it and it slid open revealing several small, dark glass jars. “Smell and tell me which one you want. They’ll help ease the aches and pains.”
One jar smelled of earth, and grass, and the woods. One smelled of sunlight, flowers, and spice. The last smelled of smoke, of fire, and the night.
Sharah opened each jar and inhaled the aroma. The second two reminded her of Yavia and Charles. The first one she loved, it reminded her of living growing things, the spoil and plants. It reminded her of his…their…home. She held it out to him, “This one.”
Once she had made her choice, he sprinkled the botanicals in the water and the room filled with the heady scent. He put the jars away, closed the compartment and turned to her. “Close your eyes. Relax, hun. You are safe. And you are loved.”
The steam in the room raised the temperature a bit and she hadn’t realized she was chilled until then. She closed her eyes inhaling the scent now floating up from the hot water.
He reached up and slowly undressed her. There was a brief pause, and then he lifted her up and held her against him, skin to skin. He carried her into the bath and soon was hollering her back to his chest, arms wrapped around her as they lay back in the hot water.
Tenkiller
The heat stung at first and then seeped in, warming her and making tight stiff muscles relax. Sharah laid back against his chest, the tips of her hair wet and the steam creating a mass of wildness and curls on her head. The botanical soaked in and she couldn’t help trying to figure out what was in it. Sharah had a passion for natural remedies. Their essence soothed muscles but the scent soothed her mind. Sharah laid her arms over his, finding his hands and laced her fingers through his. He felt like peace and safety.
Sharah
Charles rubbed her arms, massaging her muscles, then moved to her back. He pushed her forward, stretching her lower back. He started rubbing her neck and shoulders, then slowly… very slowly… he worked his way down her shoulder blades, then her lower back. His hands went to her hips and he slid her close to him and then wrapped his arms and legs around her. He kissed her shoulder, up her neck, and then her cheek. “Distracted yet?” he whispered and then nibbled her ear.
Tenkiller
There was so much built up tension from years of strain and exhaustion. Her shoulders were one single massive knot thatvradiated down the length of her back. She leaned forward and let out a long hiss as his hands rubbed at the knot in her shoulder. The hot water was a siren’s call and she was tempted to just sink underneath it, but she was wrapped up against him. That was much better. “MmmHmmm…” A low, soft darkness out moan left her lips. She turned her head and shoulder slightly, her fingers tunneling into his hair and then kissed him. Slow, tentative, savoring the entire experience, with no intentions of stopping for awhile.
Sharah
Charles pulled her closer, and then began to lose himself in the experience of the moment…
Yavia chuckled softly as they disappeared down the stairs. At the moment she had evert intention of joining them…later. The happiness they had found together and with each other made her warm and happy. She was put the food away. Yavia was neat by nature and it would be a shame for all of that to go waste - especially the paw-paw juice and apple butter Sharah liked so much.
She sat down with a PaDD to do exactly what she had said she was. Change her address. That oart was easy enough, but it prompted the computer to go through and update her personnel file. It was all pretty routine until it asked her to fill in an emergency contact.
That stopped Yavia right in her proverbial tracks. It had always been blank. Oh she had her parents listed as next of kin, but there was no one to make decisions if something happened to her. That wasn’t true anymore. She did have someone…two someone’s. Then she laughed…a little hysterically…as she realized there was only space for one person. ‘If I get an invite to a party and it says ‘Plus One’, I wanna tell them they can’t count.’ The HR folks couldn’t count.
Yavia sat there for long minutes having a quiet little freak out about what had just happened. Then she began to clean because that’s what she did when she freaked out.
Yavia
It was a few hours later and Charles and Sharah lay tangled up in blankets that had somehow made their way to the floor of the bedroom. His fingers lazily twisted the dark curls of her hair and he stared at the ceiling, the contours of their bodies lit by the soft light of the waterfall. “How do you feel?” he asked softly.
Tenkiller
A long deep sigh feathered across his chest where her head was pillowed as he played with her hair. It was soothing and pleasant. “Content, warm,” it was a nice fuzzy warmth too. Curled up against him on the blankets. “Happy, relaxed,” she muscles felt like jelly and she yawned delicately, “tired, safe,” she was starring to get impressions, not just a vague tingle, and his feelings made her feel very secure and cherished. “Loved,” she placed a kiss over his heart. Her stomach rumbled, “And apparently hungry. I blame on you for all of it.” She tipped her head back onto his shoulder to look up at him. “How do you feel?”
Sharah
“Exhausted and hungry in the best way I can think of.” and he kissed her. He then looked at the door and scowled. “V. She should have come in by now.” He looked around and said “C’mon. Lets make sure our better third is okay.” and he slowly extricated himself from his girlfriend’s… girlfriend? Really?… and gathered up enough clothing for both of them that there wouldn’t be a repeat or his late night trip to the woods.
A few minutes later, Tenkiller crested the stairs and he said “V? Hun? Where are you?”
Tenkiller
Sharah followed him and stopped at the top of the stairs. His worry was clear to her and she felt her own too. She looked around able to see most of the space because of the open layout.
The house was obviously always kept neat, but there was something subtle about how clean it was now. Sharah’s sketch pad and pencils were gone from the living room, not just off the floor, but missing. Blankets were folded, pillows fluffed. Hope’s put was shiny, the view out the windows was clearer, brighter. The bar had been straightened up and glasses washed and put back. The pot with the flowers was now sitting center of the dinning table. Which had been cleared and wiped down. The sketches of the circle sat on the table, spread out like Yavia had been looking at them and a PaDD sat next to them. The kitchen was immaculate. Everything had been washed, scrubbed, and put away.
“In the den.” Her voice sounded a little off. She sounded happy, but there was something else to it.
Sharah gave him a perplexed look. She sounded happy, but not in her usual bubbly way.
The den had apparently gotten the same treatment. The bed was gone, blankets and pillows put away, trays of snacks and drinks finally put away, the vid player off. She was polishing all the wood surfaces.
Yavia
Sharah paused in the doorway, setting a hand on the door frame as Yavia’s presence registered along with her emotions. Happiness and confusion and a bit of disbelief. Sharah looked at her with understanding, Sharah was quite familiar with it. She set her other hand on Charles’ arm and said very quietly. “I think everything hit her. I think she needs a mild distraction.” Sharah walked over to her and took the cloth and the put her arms around her.
Sharah
He looked at V as Sharah put her arms around her and he said “I dunno… I think maybe a talk is in order.” He went to the two women and ushered them to the couch. He took a seat on the ottoman facing them. “Hey, hun… pretty wild couple’a days, huh?” and he smiled at her. “Wanna talk about it, gorgeous?”
Tenkiller
Sharah nodded, talking was a distraction too. It just depended on what they needed at the time. He led them over to the couch and sat down next to Yavia.
“The wildest.” Yavia breathed slow and gave them a sheepish grin. “I like to clean when I need to think,” or when she wanted to not think as the case may be. She took Sharah’s hand and reached over for his. “I’m okay, really. It just…” she laughed softly. “I did exactly what I said I would do. I went and changed my address. Which prompted me to review and update all my information. It asked me for my emergency contact and there was only place for one. All I could think was ‘they can’t count.’ And it all kind of hit me at once.”
Yavia
Tenkiller nodded. “I can only imagine. I really don’t know if its hit me yet or not. Honestly, I don’t thinknit has. But I’m sure it will.” He looked at the floor and shook his head, his black hair falling long around his face. He took a deep breath and looked up, running his fingers through his hair to pull it back. “This crazy and insane and absolutely wonderful.” he said with a smile. “And if someone had told me that this is where we was gonna end up when I walked into the park yesterday, I’d have laughed them off the planet. And yet… here we are.” and he shook his head and laughed softly. “And this is all kinda scary… but in a good way, I think. At least, I hope. ‘Cause the last thing I wanna do is put any of us in a situation or a predicament where we could get hurt.”
Tenkiller
Sharah reached over and took his other hand. She rocked a little as the connection buzzed through her. It was different....she shrugged it off. She was just off from that morning. She just needed to wait it out.
Yavia nodded, “I can say with confidence we all feel the same way. None of us wants anyone to get hurt.” She leaned in and lookedbhim in the eye. “It’s exhilarating and weird and so unexpected, but I don’t feel scared or threatened. It’s just very....well I certainly didn’t expect this when you told me to meet you for a picnic. I wouldn’t change it though.”
She looked at Sharah, “What about you, Sweetheart?”
Yavia
Sharah shook her head. She was honest, she wasn’t going to hide herself from them. “No when I decided to take a walk after my shift, I was looking to get away, hide from everyone, avoid going home. I didn’t expect any of this. I am afraid, but not of either of you and nit of this.”
Sharah
“I’m not afraid of you two. I just want you both to know that I really do love both of you. And both of you equally… but differently. And the fact that you love one another makes me so incredibly happy, and I don’t quite grasp why… but I don’t wanna jinx it so 8m just gonna take it as a win.” and he chuckled.
Tenkiller
Tenkiller got tugged by both of them, off the ottoman and onto the couch between them, where they both curled into him on either side. “I love you both, for your selves And oddly enough, I think I have for awhile, or at least it has been building for awhile. I just didn’t realize it until now. You are both deeply entrenched in my heart and I want you to stay there.”
Sharah’s admission was quieter, like she might jinx it if she said it too loudly. “I love both of you. I would, even if you were scared of me and wouldn’t try to help me. The fact you aren’t is just the cherry on top.” They were both amazingly caring people who took care of others. How could she not love them? She couldn’t quite grasp why they wanted her around, why they loved her, despite all the other stuff. But they did.
Yavia looked at both of them. “Okay, let’s get out of here. I love our home TK, it amazes me how much we all seem to fit Herr before you even met us. But let’s get out and move some, and let the last day settle. I promised Sharah a soft baked pretzel.” She looked at Sharah thoughtfully and with concern. “Are you feeling up to going out for a bit? I don’t want you to push your self if you don’t feel up to it.” When Sharah nodded, Yavia hopped up and pulled them to their feet. “Then let’s get dressed. Go on, shoo! And we’ll go out for a little bit.”
Yavia
“Wait wait wait.” Tenkiller said and pulled V back down. “I told V this yesterday, and I want to tell you, Sharah, the same thing. You have your own room and you can do with it whatever you want. My room downstairs is not ‘mine’. Its ours. I want to share that space with you both. And don’t worry, I have my own space in my studio. But I want that big bedroom to be ours. So know that space belongs to all three of us. I can thinknof nothing better than falling asleep with both of you in my arms.” He kissed one woman, then the other, and then said “Now let’s get that pretzel. V’s buying.” and he laughed and stood up, pulling the women to their feet.
Tenkiller
Sharah smiled, “I know. I heard it and I felt it.” She squeezed his hand. After the previous night, Sharah didn’t want to be anywhere else. It was…a need now, to hold onto that safety and acceptance after having so little. Even though she had heard the thought she adored him for telling her anyway.
Both women disappeared down the stairs. Yavia was dressed in a moment, Sharah shortly behind her. Her hair drove her crazy and it had taken effort to tame it.
Yavia stepped out the door, “The place is a block past my apartment.”
Sharah
“Your old apartment.” Tenkiller said and winked at her. He was in blue jeans and a t-shirt with the picture of an Earth canine’s head on it. Words around the caricature dog read ‘Pawhuska Huskies Wrestling’. On his feet were brown boots with the cuff of the jeans riding low over the uppers. “How about we drive to nearby, and then walk it?” he suggested. He then looked at Sharah and said “So when your ability comes back, is it all at once? Or is it gradual? We can wait a bit till you adjust if you need to.” The concern in his voice was evident.
Tenkiller
Yavia grinned and let out a whistle as she gazed at him. She nudged Sharah and fanned herself.
Sharah grinned and rolled her eyes at Yavia. But when she turned to look at him it was quite obvious she liked what she saw. She read the shirt and flushed red remembering quite clearly the way he had lifted them both and they had ended up flat on the ground. “I bet you won all the matches too.”
“Only the ones in the hay-barn.” he said with a wink.
Both women flushed and then giggled. “Oh I bet you did.”
Yavia nodded, “Yes my old apartment, but it’s still mine until we decide what to do with it. More importantly until I get my stuff out.” She patted the pocket of her pants where her credit chip was. “Hurry up I’m paying.” She sauntered out the door and headed for the car.
Yavia
Sharah shrugged, “It’s hard to tell. It seems to come in slow stages to a point at what would be considered normal for a Betazoid and then…all at once it’s…my normal. Right now I can barely get anything off either of you, and only if you are in the same room. I would rather go now while things are quiet. It’sa luxury.” She shrugged again, stepped over to Hope and trailedbher fingers over the blooms and in the soil a moment. “There is really no adjusting, just trudging through it, and doing my best to accept that is the way it is.” The weight and weariness of it sounded in her voice.
“Ok.” Tenkiller said. “Just let us know if you need a break.”
Sharah nodded, “I will.” Though she wasn’t sure how a break was supposed to be managed.
She followed Yavia out to the car and slipped into the back seat after her.
Sharah
As they all settled in, the car left the house and made it’s way to the area of the city with the hospital. The car took them to a large governmental parking garage and pulled in. Tenkiller smiled and said “It’s good to know people in the government, sometimes. Right ladies?” and he laughed. The car parked and they got out and took a lift to the ground level and Tenkiller led them out onto the sidewalk. He looked at V and said “Ok. where to?” and he took Sharah’s hand and gave her a reassuring squeeze.
Tenkiller
“It sure is and I will take full advantage of it. I like not having to walk everywhere.” Yavia winked at him and slid out of the car.
Sharah’s hand wrapped into his. She didn’t even consider letting go. She had to admit though it was very strange, but not unwelcome, to see all those people on the street and they were blank, like holograms. Except for Tenkiller....Yavia seemed to be out of range until she squeezed Sharah’s other hand. The contact was soft, stable but soft. That was weird.
Sharah
Yavia let go of Sharah’s hand and waved a bit further down the block. It wasn’t just a cart but an actual shop. Entering was a delight in the smell of fresh baked bread, and you could watch the dough being rolled and shipped. They came with various toppings and dipping sauces. Wrapped around hot dogs, or topped with pepperoni and cheese, or brushed with various oils and spices. “Order whatever you want, my treat.” She ordered one covered in cinnamon sugar that came with a cream cheese icing dip.
Yavia
Tenkiller looked at the pretzels and his stomach growled. “Huh… been a bit since food, I guess.” and he looked at Sharah and winked. “Or maybe just a lot of exercise.” He ordered one hotdog pretzel, one with bacon and cheddar cheese, and one like V had ordered. He looked at the women and said “You grab the food and I’ll wrangle us a table.” He went into the dining area and it was packed. “Dammit… lunch at the hospital. Forgot.” He looked around and saw some smaller tables outside and went out and found an empty one. He cleaned it off the last occupants, grabbed another chair to make it three, and then took a seat.
Tenkiller
Sharah chose one that was stuffed with cheese and small bites covered with the cinnamon sugar.
Yavia chuckled softly at the blush on Sharah’s face. Poor thing really didn’t know what to make of it all. She paid and then collected their drinks. She helped Sharah grab the food and went towards the dinning room, where they were both greeted by several people. “Yavia your man went outside. You wanna join us, Doc?”
Sharah shook her head, “No thanks,” and wondered out of curiosity what they thought about Sharah crashing Yavia’s date with Tenkiller.
Yavia grinned, “Nope, she’s with me today.” Yavia slipped her hand onto Sharah’s arm and led the way back outside and set the drinks on the table. She grinned at Sharah, “See that was easy.”
Sharah chuckled, glad she couldn’t hear what they were thinking. She passed the food around.
Yavia
Tenkiller looked up and said “Run into someone you know?” he asked. He stood and pulled out a chair for each woman and then pushed them in in turn as well. He picked up one of the pretzels, the bacon and cheese one, and then looked at the pair. “So here’s a question that just hit me… what do we do with tha ever popular… um… public displays of affection? Because I tell ya, not kissing you two whenever I want would be a living hell. Hell, I say…” and he grinned and took a bite.
Tenkiller
“It’s lunch near the hospital. Lots of someones.” Yavia said. It wasn’t unusual. The hospital had a wonderful cafe, but getting out in the middle of a long shift was a luxury. Her expression turned mischievous, “They tried to nab Sharah for themselves.”
Sharah rolled her eyes, “Oh stop. They did not. They were being nice because they knew he was waiting for you. You made it quite clear I wasn’t in need of a place to sit.”
Yavia chuckled, “He means it too. The nurses all got a good show our first date. I don’t think he could resist if he tried.” She winked at him, “And if we avoid public displays of affection the other nurses will be so disappointed.”
Yavia
Sharah laughed openly. “Yes....I heard from Shrine, from Jessie, from Ilena, from Elaine, from Jal’na…several times.” She grinned at Yavia, “I don’t know, I mean the thought seems torturous enough. I don’t think I can tell him he can’t kiss me when ever he wants. I mean I would be really disappointed if we went that route.” She took a bite of her pretzel, it wasn’t quite what she was hoping it would be but it was really good anyway. “You know if we do though, that will be more questions asked and answers given or not.”
Sharah
Tenkiller nodded and chewed, then took a drink. “True. And once it happens… there’ll be no goin’ back. And god forbid someone sees me kissn’ V and the next day sees you two making out in a closet at the hospital or sumthin’!” and he grinned at the two of them, knowing that neither would let their personal feelings interfere with their jobs… or at least that they were too smart between them to get caught. “Now THAT would have tongues waggin’ from here to Risa!” and he laughed.
Tenkiller
