OOC: Were you wanting Archanon to show up here as well, Sidney? In post it seems you added the three of them were going to the transporter pad, but in the second one, it looks like you meant just Longstreet and Xavier? Just wanting to clarify before I put in Archanon. ;)

IC: After some time, Ylana would sense that her husband was about to arrive within the office.

OOC: I was a bit confused on that. I guess since they are going to look at the data rod then he should be there.

A moment later, the science office stepped into the office with a pensive expression on her face.

Xavier was wanting to get to the info on the data rod as fast as possible.

“Cmd Elviros please put in the data rod. Lets get this moving.” He ordered.

OOC: I won’t change it in the location as it’ll break the ‘next in location’ function, but there’s no ‘l’ in her surname. ;)

Come right on in when you get here, se told her husband before looking to Xavier. Ylana sighed. “While I would love to oblige, Sir, the data rod no longer is functional. As it turns out, it didn’t contain information so much as a copy of an AI program. I was able to interact with the program for awhile before it decompiled too far to function. I have quite a bit of info I learned though, and I learned where I might be able to find more.”

Xavier said nothing at first.

“Ok then debrief us on that. Also Longstreet lets get that box opened now. I want all the answers to the mysteries solved now.” Xavier said showing a little impatience.

Longstreet nodded and checked the decryption efforts on the box.

OOC: Can we combine these now as to make some quick progress?

OOC: I feel like there’s some confusion going on and I need to have some clarity. The box that was being hunted for is in Halai’s possession and at this time is with her while she is on her trip to Tyrellia (not that anyone but her currently knows she has it with her). What Longstreet and Xavier have is the letter Billie wrote from this thread: https://www.star-fleet.com/core/stf6/oedv/notes/12933/. So you know what’s in the box, but you don’t have the box itself, unless I’ve confused something and there’s a second box. And since you have the letter, Halai doesn’t have that or the warning about the box. Fun times! ;)

OOC: I’m going to be honest. The whole thing has me confused. I have no idea which version is correct. There were LOA’s that happened and no one continued in the safety net role to keep things rolling. That gap really has things confused. So the PRISM leader needs to do an update post. Set it correct and we can reset from there. Thanks.

OOC: This thread is involved in the PRSIM: Where No Man Has Come From Before… This is the part where Ylana is attempting to convey to the Governor and Lt. Governor what she found on the datarod the Captain Conrad gave her when they were all on the Black Sparrow. She found out the information while the Lt. Governor was establishing relations with Archanon and learning more about him. This thread takes place after all of that.

The Box you may be thinking about is involved in Julia’s PRSIM: Good or Evil. Its a box that Halai Cosgrove currently has safe with her on her trip to Tyrellia.

Does that help clarify it? Do you have any questions I can help answer?

Michael had shown up at this point, only to find someone else who looked strikingly similar to him, save the borg implants. His eyes lit up, unaware that the alien had chosen him as its form to carry.

“Lt. Governor Xavier, this is clearly not me,” he said, pointing to his double, Archanon.

Archanon bowed. “I am sorry for causing a disturbance. You’re wife seems to be quite receptive to your image. That is why I, Archanon of Kalidon, have chosen this form. It was not my intent to scare her or anyone else away.”

The real Michael Halloway was a bit stunned. He waited for replies from either his wife or his Lt. Governor to explain what exactly was going on. Aside from being told about the possible alien intrusion on Oed, Halloway had been left in the dark up until now about who Archanon was.
