OOC: Hello everyone! This is my first PRSIM which will emphasize building requirements for each department and consulting department heads and OED V colonial officers with their needs and wants. I will also be working with James Sinclair to build a map of OED V. Everyone on the board is welcome.

IC:

The governor, lieutenant-governor, department heads and various other important persons would receive a message informing them of the desire of the Head of Building Operations to hold a meeting ascertaining building needs. A time and a place (the DOBC HQ) would be given.
