Nicholas sat in his office, staring at a dark computer screen. Hyrushi had made a specific request, and if he honored it, Nicholas might end up free of his bonds to Starfleet. He rose from his chair and got a cup of ice water from the replicator. When he returned to his seat, he entered his S31 credentials and requested database access. “Computer. Look up all intelligence files on one… Sinayda Nyx.”
=Sinayda Nyx. Age: 31.=
“Skip the summary. What’s the priority level on her Intel file?”
=Beta 3.=
“Good. What about any section 31 records?”
=There is one deep classified record.=
“Open it.”
=You do not have access to files on this clearance level.=
“Confirm. I can know the file exists, just not what’s in it?”
=Confirmed.=
“Delete all files relevant to Sinayda Nyx.”
=Cannot comply. You do not-=
“Have clearance. Delete the Intel file.”
=Confirm file deletion.=
“Confirmed.”

“What now?” Rhea asked over a choppy comm connection.
“I need you to purge a file.” Nicholas replied.
“It’s outside your reach?”
“That’s right.”
“What is it?”
“A person. Sinayda Nyx. She doesn’t need to disappear, but Intel and classified documents on her past and present whereabouts need to go away.”
“I’ll take care of it. But you owe me.”

OOC: That was kind of too easy, wasn’t it? No hiccups or running into walls?

OOC: We’ll he did run into a wall, that’s why he called someone else to help finish the job. It also hasn’t been very long so if anyone noticed what he was doing, Nicholas might not know that yet.

OOC: I would play Longstreet in here but in reality he would not know this was occurring so Im not into the GOD mode kinda play and make that leap. I will stay out of it with Longstreet.

Kenzo looked at the message. He was surprised, if he was being honest with himself. He activated the comms and keyed in a series of alpha-numeric sequences. After a few minutes, his display went blank and a single text prompt appeared. Kenzo typed in =/\= Verify status of Beta. =/\= There was a long pause and a line of text appeared. =/\= Beta… non-status. No File Found. Search terminated. =/\= Kenzo cleared the communication and it’s log and then leaned back, steepling his fingers together as he looked out over the colony. He sat in silence for a few minutes and then said simply “Nyx, can you come here please?” The small device hidden in his tie pin activated at the command phrase and the message was relayed to the only person he truly trusted.

Hyrushi, Governor

She’d been in her own office, a smaller affair next to Hyrushi’s with an exterior entrance and a common door between the two. As she stood from the desk, Nyx clicked off her computer screen. There was always the chance she wouldn’t have time to return and shut it down and most of the time she was looking at some kind of sensitive data. Walking to the connecting door, she opened it and stepped in to the tastefully ornate furnishings of her ‘boss’.

“You need something?”

Kenzo looked at her and said “What do you make of our new ‘friend’ Mr. James?” he asked softly.
