Anna Lacey stepped onto the bridge and walked to Bre’s station. She never quite felt like she belonged there but, since the Lieutenant was in sickbay, she knew this was where she needed to be. She glanced at the XO and gave him a curt nod before turning back to her instruments ready for any order he might give.

Faith got up, happy to hand over Comms to someone qualified to use them. She also excused herself from the Bridge.

Kord nodded back to Lacey.

“Very good Mister Buchanan. Keep us stationary relative to the away team.”

=/\= Thank you Cmdr=/\= doctor marthese responded back after which she was quick to call an engineer to put the force field emitter in place ,having no knowledge as how to erect it herself.

The Chief in the transporter room would report the away team was beamed down safely a few moments later. If anyone decided too check they would find their comms to the Away Team were in working order, though their was a slight off echo in their reply and any that came from the team, almost like there was a overlaid pause/reply quality to it.

“See if you can sort that out Bre.” Kord said.

“Science and tactical, I want scans. Report anything unusual.”

Anna didn’t mind being called Bre by the Commander. She nodded and began to attempt clearing up the interference.

Tactical’s and science (with whoever wants to rp an NE there etc) would find scans in orbit and in the area were as before more or less empty. Only thing picked up at present was the future 24th century ship at the edge of the system holding station and seeming to be performing various scans.

Anna’s attempt to clean up the interfertence would be interrupted by another call from the new (future) chief engineer

=^=This is Lieutenant Ezial… we need engineering and science to do some digging, so to speak. We’ve arrived upside-down. Need to make sure this isn’t temporary.=^= She took a couple steps forward and smiled. =^= Walking seems to be all right and jumping....=^= she said a faint sound of a thump being heard as she presumably was jumping.

In the end the off set delay didnt seem to be something they could clear up entirely, Anna got some slight boost by speeding up the decoding time by putting more processing time from the computer then was normally needed. But there was still a slight second or so offset echo delay. Maybe this was another sign of the spacial distortions and/or temporal distortions, and/or reality distorations they had been picking up.

Glen contacted the ship, a few minutes after Tia. =/\= Kord. I don’t like what we have found down here, but I can’t put my finger on it to explain to you. It may be nothing. Please keep an active transporter lock on us. Glen. =/\=

Turning to the bridge.

“Okay people, you heard them. Let’s see if we can find out why they’re walking on the ceiling besides a possible malfunction in their gravity plating.”

That was curious to Anna but it was something she really couldn’t help with. So she tried to maintain an open comms channel and wondered what the solution to walking on the ceiling was.
