The Captain gave in to Grunch. “Okay Doc! You win! I avoided your tests and scans before when I really should have made some time for them, and this is where that got me. I don’t even have the strength to stand up. So, you go ahead and start your assessments. Just keep me in the loop about what is happening with our guest.”

=^=” Bridge this is Grunch…The Captain has come back around…Don’t ask me how I gave him quite the cocktail of hyposprays to stabilize him and yet he is now out of whatever this is…But yeah I can Send our strange Visitor to me and I will do the scans!”=^= He replied as he turned his tricorder to start the Neural scans on the captain

“Of course captain I am having the bridge bring him in so we can do a series of neural scans to see if there is something going on between you and him” the grumpy Doctor said as he continued to run his scans and try to figure out what was happening.

“So, did Daniel say anything about how he actually planned to rid the Merri of the Temporal bewitchment?” Glen asked Grunch. ” I don’t believe in magic, and it all sounded a little hokey to me, except that there have been too many coincidences and time travel occurrences to not have some underlying cause behind them all.”

Further scans while they waited to have Daniel arrive showed some difference, Glen’s left foot for example was showing signs of hyper nerve signals firing as if someone was lightly tickling his entire foot. His right knee cap and thigh meanwhile were in a state of off and on cramping. While the feeling of hunger pangs was hitting Glen pretty hard even though he had eaten not too long ago scans showed he was almost three days out since last digesting food! It should be ok for Glen to drink and eat soft foods during this something easy to digest and handle so he wouldnt choke on it.
