“In that case, it is probably best that we undertake the inspection immediately now! The lectures are almost complete and my crew will be going off, wherever their leave takes them. I need a couple with me if we are to visit every room, see every kit bag, and to look in every cupboard and drawer. It really depends if you wanted this to be an announced or unannounced inspection as to whether you wish to warn the instructors about it in advance, because if you did then you would need to do that right away.”

”..Make it a surprise inspection. Red Squad I feel has gotten too much leeway lately with announcements of events..” He said.

“It will be a total surprise then Sir. I’ll organise it now,” Glen replied.

Glen left the Commandant’s office and returned to the main campus. He wanted a couple of his senior officers to conduct the inspection with him. He found Dr. Cross quite quickly. It might be a little unconventional to choose the Doctor for a military style inspection, but the Doctor did have a god eye for detail. in addition, he had his doubts about the Commandant and had already spoken with Miriam regarding them, so it made sense to have her along.

“Dr. Cross,” Glen asked her, “Can you spare a couple of hours right now before my lecture? I need some help to undertake a snap inspection of Red Squad.”

Cross had just exited the Cafeteria and was planning on leaving the premises for some shopping,apparently that had to wait.

‘’Yes of course Captain’’ the female doctor responded back ‘’Could you specify how you are going to implement the inspection?’’
After taking some steps along side Glen she asked ‘’ Did the Admiral give you any reason or clues for such a request ?’‘.
