Sharp was busy putting every thing in order and checking to make sure everything worked just in case weapons of all sorts where needed.He was excited that the ship was heading to a new mission and wanted Lt’ M’Mera to see that he took his job seriously.

He wondered where Guy and Morris had gone ‘’I could use some help here ‘’ Sharp muttered to himself, beside the security wanted to tell them how he had saved the Orion just by himself......and of course exaggerating a little bit.

Stella walked into the security department and looked around. She had never before seen this part of the ship yet and seeing as it would be a bit of time before they left she was wanting to extend a large thanks to someone down her. She was turned out nicely in a fresh and pressed uniform with her hair in a bun on top of her head with a red ribbon around it which hung down to her neck. She saw a young man going through some weapons and called out as she approached him. ” Excuse me? Could you direct me to a Mister Sharp? I’d love to have a word with him.”

Sharp was on his knees with a weapon in hand, he couldn’t remember what type it was ‘’ If the COS ask me , I’ll get more then a sweep with her tail’’ he muttered to himself

.> ” Excuse me? Could you direct me to a Mister Sharp? I’d love to have a word with him.”

He turned abruptly and in an instant was standing up, finding Stella in front of him.The security’s heart was beating so fast he thought she could hear it ‘’ Eh? what? Mr Sharp? ‘’ he asked Stella whom he recognize from the last mission ‘’ Em that’s me , Richard Sharp sorry but for a moment I thought it was Lt M’Mera ‘’.

Stella covered her mouth and immediately broke out into laughter for a second. ” OH, I’m sorry Mr. Sharp! I didn’t recognize you without all the dirt and sweat that we had on us down on that evil planet! You’re quite good looking and brave. ” Stella held out her hand for Sharp and spoke with a broad smile saying .” As I said I’d like to thank you on behalf of my good friend D;Nesh. Can you tell me what happedned? One minute we were shopping and the next people were screaming madly and D’Nesh is gone!”

He shook her hand and smiled ‘’Actually the mission was quiet enjoyable to me ‘’ the security paused thinking ‘’Well ‘’ he began ‘’I thought I’ll go and look around cause last time I was stuck in the cargo bay as supplies were being delivered ‘’ another pause ‘’I was looking around and saw D’Nesh running with two security hot on her heels , she turned a corner and went down a flight of steps finding herself in an underground Tavern full of men half drunk .I followed but stood in a dark corner out of sight ,saw a bulky man yell an Orion and shoved her onto the bar , demanding that she entertain them .She refused and he started hitting her, I could hear D’Nesh crying while the rest of the men cheered him on for moment I didn’t know what to do ‘’ he admitted.

Rubbing at his chin Sharp went on ‘’ I was alone but hearing her screaming I knew I had to do something , took my position and in a flash the bulky creep had a phaser against his temple , did my best to stay cool and stern …now what did I say?’’ he asked himself ‘’Ah yes told him leave her or I’ll blow your brains .To her credit D’Nesh took the opportunity to jump off the bar and ran up the stairs I took some steps backwards and followed , afterwards I found out the security were running after her cause she stole some jewellery from a shop ‘’ .

Stella listened to Sharps stories despite the many oddities in it. One being that how did he manage to take a phaser from the ship onto a station. Had he signed it out? More likely not if that part of the story was true. Stations looked down on anyone bringing those sorts of weapons on them. One wrong thing or setting and you could lose a lot more than one person.

<< She smiled though. He had helped out D’Nesh. And young men were prone to large stories. ” Well, I thank you. She’s become like a sister to me. Those fools at the store were rude people at best but when one of them snapped at her she just bolted off without thinking. ” Stella then gave Sharp a large hug and a kiss on the cheek before she finished and said ” Thank you Mister Shark we both appreciate what you did. You have a wonderful day now!” And just like that she turned and got back to her chores.

When Stella hugged and kissed him the security froze and went rigid , while his face turned crimson, he sure wasn’t expecting that.
Sharp watched her leave , he stood there like a statue for a good five minutes.

Guy arrived just as Stella was giving Richard a fulsome kiss.

“Sorry, I’m late! I overslept!” Guy reported. “Is this another new Security test designed by COS to evaluate our vulnerabilities? Or is this only for Sharp’s benefit?”

Sharp eventually found his voice ‘’ I was not expected that , she really took me by surprise ‘’ the security admitted then he remembered ‘’Guy whats this type of weapon I’m holding for? ‘’.
