Ensign Steward walked into the medical bay with two goals, get cleared for duty and meet his first ever department head upon graduation from the academy. The tall black haired human with a goatee walked in and asked a fellow Ensign for checking in.

Kate the nursing officer was just passing by when she saw the new crew member ‘’Hello I’m Kate , shall I assume you’re here for your medical ? ‘’ she asked with a smile on her face while gesturing to an empty biobed ‘’ I’ll get doctor Cross ‘’ and with that she hurried off to the CMO’s office .

A few minutes passed before Cross made her way towards him , while Kate handed her the medical tricoder and attaching the diagnostic wand the CMO introduced herself ‘’I’m doctor Cross and you are? ‘’ she asked .

’’ Is there anything I should know before I start scanning ?’‘.

Once she finished Cross read the scan .
OOC: Does the scan pick anything up?.

Cross CMO.

Just then, the doors to sickbay swished open again to admit a woman dressed in the blue mini of science/medical. Acknowledging the first person she saw, “Hi, I’m Lt Elyss Zavey. I’m here for a boarding physical to make sure everything is alright. Is there someone I can see now?”

Marthese - Please stop splitting threads. We’ve had no end of problems with split threads in the past. Did you not get a warning before posting this that this thread had later posts? You are meant to according to the recent Edict. If not, please report it to the Engineering Dept. for me and tell them it isn’t working.

Everyone - There are too many OOC posts. If you have a problem with me or needs me, send me an email. If you want a discussion about the Merrimack there is a Discord channel.

Marthese - i won’t be answering you latest email complaint because it is my prerogative to accept that, and I don’t need to disclose either my reasonings or my conversations with others.

Regarding this dispute here: for the record, I don’t see a problem with joint or separate threads here about about Medical exams. There are no ship or STF “rules” in operation here, but I can see that both opinions do have merit. You can work that out yourselves.

Please continue to stay within the AWOL posting limits. In general, everyone has done this recently, or else I have had explanations given about why they couldn’t. This is a slow/medium speed posting ship, which means some junior members/characters are only required to post every 10 days. Waiting up to 10 days for a reply to a post is therefore likely and you need to factor that into your gameplay. I see no need to alter that. I like it the way that it is.

It sounds like some of us are bored and want more to be happening? At the beginning of the present Sim I was told that it began far too quickly. I therefore told Nosferatu to hold back on starting the next to give you more time to freestyle. It seems like I can’t please everyone. I thought you’d all be busy or on summer holidays right now. If you want the next Sim to begin, Nosferatu is ready and willing for me to give her the word. I, myself may not be around so much though. If you a are desperate for the new Sim to begin now then send me an email.
