In Engineering klaxons were blaring as the warp core went dark.

The loud alarm, which Cross knew was typically used to signal a warning and emergency call for action used to alert the crew of potential dangers or provide important information.
The sound was deafening , she knew something was very wrong as the lights flickered then went off , only to be replaced by the dim emergency light. Yet what could Cross do?.

At this point she checked if at least the comm system was still working.

=/\=NE Alvarado here. We are still building reports to determine why the warp core is dark. As soon as I have information, I will relay it up to you.=/\= Nyla then continued to work to get the computer to provide details on what was going on with the warp core. She wanted to be able to provide an answer to the bridge as soon as possible.

OOC: Sorry for the numerous same posts my internet and the page went haywire.
IC: As the NE’s comms went to the bridge it ended in static. What information she could get from the diagnostics on her main board showed that there was some type of signal, possibly electric , that was shorting out all the systems. Especially comms, transporter, and shut down the warp core.
