Hunter was not about to waste any time he was on his way out ,as usual the doctor had taken the time to look his best.His uniform was well pressed and not a hair out of place . He knew exactly which route to take having been there only a few weeks before .

Kate was more then glad to have some free time away from sickbay and looking forward to hit the shops. She thought about D’Nesh and as always the kind and empathic N.O decided to ask the Orion young woman to join her. With the promise of going shopping D’Nesh squealed with delight and gladly joined Kate as they made there way out .

They saw Hunter walking away but both of them ignored him,knowing he had no interest in the duo.

Stella had literally squealed at the prospect of going on the station. She’d been on the Merrimac only a few days and seen so much already! Right now, she was going shopping. One of her very own most loved sports! The first thing on her list was a good meal. The second thing on her list were the ingredients to make her own meals on the ship. She swore that unless her tongue could find something besides dull food or something that didn’t look like food at all she would go absolutely bonkers.

She wandered aimlessly at first looking for all the world like what she was. A girl on her first deep space station. It was then that she saw the only person she knew on the ship. Miss Kate. She waved her hand and began to move quickly toward her calling out.” Miss Kate! Miss Kate!”

Kate waved back and once she reached her gave her a hug ‘’ Glad to see you again dear ,D’Nesh and I were about to hit the shopping mall ‘’ the N.O realized she had not introduced them ‘’ This is D’Nesh she works at the Dragon bar ‘’ at that point the ex Orion slave gave Stella a slight wave and a hardly audible ‘’Hi’‘

Kate looked around ‘’We saw Hunter but guess we lost him, sometimes I think he’s a lone wolf ‘’ and as they walked she filled Stella with their trails and tribulations ‘’ I had a crush on him but he never gave me the time of day .Then again I’m in my mid forties and as plain looking as one can imagine ,mirrors don’t lie ‘’ her tone was sad .

That’s when D’Nesh stepped in ‘’He’s Mister beast! I hate him ‘’. Kate felt the need to explain ‘’ That’s what she calls him cause when D’Nesh joined the crew and was at the bar Hunter picked her up by one hand as she screamed and kicked ,he took her to sickbay and gave her a medical, all was well except her back is full of scars poor girl ‘’ she commented ‘’ God knows what’s she’s been through ,she does not speak about her past and we can only speculate ,we avoid and hold back from asking any questions ‘’.

’’ Guess I’m babbling too much so where are you going while we’re here?’‘.

Stella listened to each woman in turn before the turned to Kate with a smile and began to scold her saying,” Miss Kate, there is nothing wrong with you at all hon! Why you’re as sweet as a piece of sugarcane with a tall glass of milk on a hot summer’s day! Beside I don’t know about you but in my relationships, I like to be the pretty one not my man! Stella then caught her breath which was sometimes an astounding feat it itself. ” Oh, I’d just love some good food if I could find it. And clothes? Oh girl I could kill for something new. Or maybe a new set of earrings. What do you girls think?”

Lt. Cmdr. Sanks sat at the end of the coffee bar. He hadn’t introduced himself to very many of the crew of the Merrimack since thier arrival on the station. He had been there for a week before they came, as his previous captain let him have some leave time and clear or wrap his head around the promotion and before transferring to the ship to be a new XO.
He had been studying the ship’s roster, trying to memorize thier face picture with thier name, and he planned to watch the crew as they wandered the ship and introduce himself in casual conversations, rather than just jumping in head first. He also thought it would help to see how they act on leave/break of the mission than when they are all closed together traveling in the spaceship. It would help him get ideas of their hobbies and interests to make a greater connection with each member. He looked down the bar, at the bartender. The bartender returned his look and nodded seeing he was going to order another caramel coffee.

Richard was passing by, the third cup of coffee in his hand. As he walked by he could not help but notice the man and the Padd he was holding ,curiosity took the better of him and took quick peak over the man’s shoulder .When he saw the names on the roaster the security could not help exclaiming ‘’Why that’s the crew of the Merrimack !’‘.

Why was this guy looking at it ? As a security he knew it could be anything....... was the Merrimack about to be sabotage?.
