[snip]Cross gave a glance at the time ‘’I have to say, I’ve seen it all when it comes to security characters, some that will make your sides split with their eccentric ways, some that make you pull your hair out in frustration, and some that are just damn peculiar and you know what Guy you fit them all !’‘.
‘’Had you paid attention at the Academy you should be aware of what the security dept is all about , it’s possible to have personnel and ship combat running concurrently, whether with an away team on the planet or having security dealing with a defensive shields, deflector force beam, hand phasers combat and equipment ‘’the female doctor ran her fingers through her hair a sure sign that she have had enough ‘’ It seems that you have been hiding away throughout your stay on the ship ,as a security I’m seriously doubting your ability .....so I’m left with no other alternative but to contact the COS ‘’ .
Now Cross was pointing her finger at the sickbay door ‘’ As the chief medical officer I’m ordering you to see your D’H on the double’‘.
She flicked open her transmitter =/\= Lt McDuff , Cross from sickbay I’m calling to let you know about one of your security if he can be called that .To me he seem to do his best and stay away from his duties , the man is bloody paranoid..oh and his name is Guy Cross out =/\= .

Guy Fleegman arrived at the office of the COS at the time requested. He had brought along someone for support and as his witness, as was allowed under his Starfleet contract within the disciplinary terms and safeguarding regulations. “Oh! Hi there! I’m Guy Fleegman here for some kind of meeting, and this is my Union Representative, Roger Deanne,” Guy introduced.
“It’s nice to meet you both.” McDuff smiled and shook both of their hands as he welcome them into his office and invited them to sit down. They would find Cameron’s office immaculately tidy, with everything well organised and in it’s place. They room was quite minimalist, save for a few of Cameron’s personal effects adorning his Desk and Walls.
“Hello! I think you are new to the Merrimack? I guess a welcome is in order! I’m Roger Deanne, Negotiator and Chief Lawyer for the Federation Union of Starfleet Security Guards, Operations Workers and Allied Redshirts… As you can see, my client has arrived on time, he has come of his own accord, and is willing to take part in an open discussion, providing that there is full disclosure from both parties.”
“I see that. Thank you. I’m looking to mediate this dispute fairly and effectively, so you can expect full co-operation from me.” McDuff said as he walked around to his own side of the desk and sat down on his chair, smartening his uniform once he was sat comfortably.
Roger took out his PaDD and began taking notes, “I will be representing Guy and providing advice to him, and he has some concerns of his own… But first of all, as it has not been made very clear yet… Could you please tell me, with what complaint is Guy actually being charged, or accused of contravening, and under what section of which misconduct charge is he being questioned here today at this hearing?”
McDuff’s tone shifted monetarily to a serious, honest one. “Let me be clear from the outset that I am not looking to administer any punishments or admonishments if we can avoid it. Truthfully, I am more interested in hearing Guy’s side of the story. I have read and understood the reports, but I’d rather not make life more difficult than it has to be for anybody. I am, of course, interested to hear from the Crewman about these Concerns that he has. I run a tight department, but that isn’t to say that I am uncooperative or unopen to suggestion.”
“Well, this is all rather strange,” Roger replied. “Guy has no idea why he was called here, as you never said, but he was given to believe, by the CMO… er, a Dr. NN. Cross, that a serious allegation would be made against him today. She said, and I quote here, that He seems to do his best to stay away from his duties, the man is bloody paranoid. He of course, refutes any accusation that he somehow shirks away from his duties, and only just on the last mission, he was one of those on the planet… er, planet EP-19, who was down there on the planet, his life in the balance, protecting the landing party from inhabitants with a superhuman strength. So, if you could let me see these reports that you have read that might help me understand too?”

“Crewman Fleegman must surely have some idea of why the Chief Medical Officer sent him to me.” The Security Chief reasoned. “This process was begun by the Doctor, not myself.” He continued, trying his best to remain polite and congenial.
“Mr Deanne, you have the same report I have - the one submitted by the Doctor to instigate this meeting. As his commanding officer I have had no reason to accuse or suspect that the Crewman shirks on neglects his given duties - so far as I am concerned, there is no issue there. As for the Crewman’s previous history, I am sympathetic, and I do try to bare in mind the previous experiences - be they positive or negative - when assigning all of my staff duties, but the needs of the ship and the crew must come first, always.” McDuff Paused a moment before continuing.
“However, for the issue at hand, please and the Crewman - in his own words - tell me what happened between himself and the Chief Medical Officer in Sickbay.” McDuff insisted.
