Cross gave a glance at the time ‘’I have to say, I’ve seen it all when it comes to security characters, some that will make your sides split with their eccentric ways, some that make you pull your hair out in frustration, and some that are just damn peculiar and you know what Guy you fit them all !’‘.

‘’Had you paid attention at the Academy you should be aware of what the security dept is all about , it’s possible to have personnel and ship combat running concurrently, whether with an away team on the planet or having security dealing with a defensive shields,deflector force beam, hand phasers combat and equipment ‘’the female doctor ran her fingers through her hair a sure sign that she have had enough ‘’ It seems that you have been hiding away throughout your stay on the ship ,as a security I’m seriously doubting your ability .....so I’m left with no other alternative but to contact the COS ‘’ .

Now Cross was pointing her finger at the sickbay door ‘’ As the chief medical officer I’m ordering you to see your D’H on the double’‘.

She flicked open her transmitter =/\= Lt McDuff , Cross from sickbay I’m calling to let you know about one of your security if he can be called that .To me he seem to do his best and stay away from his duties , the man is bloody paranoid..oh and his name is Guy Cross out =/\= .

Guy Fleegman arrived at the office of the COS at the time requested. He had brought along someone for support and as his witness, as was allowed under his Starfleet contract within the disciplinary terms and safeguarding regulations. “Oh! Hi there! I’m Guy Fleegman here for some kind of meeting, and this is my Union Representative, Roger Deanne,” Guy introduced.

“Hello! I think you are new to the Merrimack? I guess a welcome is in order! I’m Roger Deanne, Negotiator and Chief Lawyer for the Federation Union of Starfleet Security Guards, Operations Workers and Allied Redshirts… As you can see, my client has arrived on time, he has come of his own accord, and is willing to take part in an open discussion, providing that there is full disclosure from both parties.”

Roger took out his PaDD and began taking notes, “I will be representing Guy and providing advice to him, and he has some concerns of his own… But first of all, as it has not been made very clear yet… Could you please tell me, with what complaint is Guy actually being charged, or accused of contravening, and under what section of which misconduct charge is he being questioned here today at this hearing?”
