Max had returned to the ship with the NEs. He nodded at the response from the transporter chief and then headed out the door. He wanted to get to Main Engineering as soon as possible to deal with any potential issues. It took him about 5 minutes to get back to Main Engineering. He entered and looked around. Nothing seemed out of place and nothing was alerting so he was hoping it was clear for now since he had just arrived back. He then tapped on his comm badge and said, “Lt Mullins to Lt Cross. What is the situation to require us to beam back to the ship in such a hurry? I had no warning and we were making progress with the mines. Please advise.” Max knew the captain was not back on the ship yet as he had just left engineering and the captain was still down on the surface. He wanted the captain to make it back fine. He was totally concerned about what was going on.

OOC: I am asking this so it doesn’t seem like my character is doing any OOC learning. Hopefully this isn’t a problem.
