Max responded to the mining lady, “Is there something I can call you? I am Maximilien Mullins from Star Trek Command. I am here to look at everything with the mine. Do you have any normal processes for looking at all of the equipment and things being used? Also, are there any blueprints on the mine and how the tunnels are managed and how they are reinforced? As much data you can provide, will give me a bases of what to look at. Thank you.” He was hoping he did not scare the miner. He was just trying to gather data and to be able to help them out. He then waited on a response from the miner.

We dig for strong metals and shine sun bleanched crystals. The metal we use for more mining and building, the sun bleaching crystals we stored or were given in tribute to Va’s Agents before their departure. For now we store them here,=/\= She said then stabbing an area to the south about 2 miles off on the surface, =/\= Big warehouse size bin, we keep sun crystals until the promise of Va’s Agents return to take more tribute. =/\= She said.

Finally showing some basic gear/simple cell driven machinery she said, =/\= If machines work we use them in mine, if they fail to work we then do work by hand and have Elders who worked closely with Va’s Agents more then I was granted, to come and fix.=/\= She explained pointiong to some left behind crude Klingon mining equipment that had seen it seems better days.

Mullins looked around while awaiting a response and thought to himself, ‘I think I am going to need some assistance, pretty much no matter what is going on.’ So he went ahead and hit his communicator and said =/\=Lt Mullins to NE Condorson and NE Bouchard, please beam down to the entrane of the mine and follow the path down to come meet me in position. I am going to need some assistance going over everything and seeing about fixing things. Thank you.=/\= He continued to wait for a response and waited on the NEs.

The engineer did beam down but behind the hill , looking around the Ensign walked over towards the mine and followed the instruction given by the CE ‘’Sir Ensign Condorson …how can I assist?’’ .

The man was still wearing the gear and tools around his waist ,since he had been tinkering around in the engine room.

“Very nice to hear the information about the mine. Do you have all the non-working equipment in the same place or is it just scattered based on where the items stopped working?” Max was hoping he could start looking into getting those items working to help out. Max knew to not start talking about the Klingons and trying to convince them they are not coming back. There has to be something the people on this planet can do with those sun crystals instead of just letting them sit there. He was worried that the creatures of this planet were expecting and waiting for something which would never happen. He looked around to see everyone working. He was curious about he efficiency of the machines and mining right now, he might be able to help out with that.

=/\= The broken machines of Va’s Agents, what they did take or ruin before their departure back to the Heavens are kept nearby behind this building. You may look them over and service them as you need if it will help us mine further..=/\= She said. Given the description of the sun crystals, Mullins could probably assume given the Klingon’s needs they were likely some type of Dilhtium crystals that were harvested from this and other mines.
