Main Sim - Bridge

[snip[With those orders given, Glen could turn to if he wanted on a side panel watch the work going on with Trainor in the other thread, almost 12 minutes passed as the man worked jury rigging something together from pieces of an opertions tool kit, a futuristic scanner device of his own, a type-2 phaser cell pack, and a mobile forcefield emitter with an EPS ship junction tie in where he was at. Talk’s with the ships chief transporter guy on duty and orders to the science and engineering staff there soon followed, before he got to work. The next moment Glen could see something glow a bit brighter then Trainor push back suddenly shouting to beam ‘it’ out. The beam out did so and then 30,000km away off the port bow a tiny speck of blue-yellow light was seen before a small shudder of an explosion happened lightly rumbling through the ship, but doing no damage or real effect.
Glen wondered whether they should release an emergency wreck marking buoy or not. He looked up Starfleet General Orders and Regulations, but the Galactic Emergency Procedures seemed not to cover this eventuality.
Trainor would soon report all was well, and no further particles were picked up, and he would then return to the Ark Angel.
With all the Ark Angel’s crew now returned, and the ghosts and particles seen off, Glen’s thought’s returned to the real mission against the Dark Serpents.
=/\= Kord and Mthunzi. This is Captain Glen. Progress report, please? =/\=
=^=We have one finished and a second one that will be ready in about twenty minutes.=^=
=/\= Good. I’m getting bored on the Bridge. All of our guests have returned home. And Bre has gone into Labour! =/\=
Another Comm line opened =^=Grey to Bridge, All Officers are returning to their stations, the situation appears to have been solved. The future Man transported the particles out of the ship, I’m heading back to the Bridge. Grey out=^=.
=/\= Ah! Excellent, Mr Grey! =/\= Glen made reply. Lt. Pokorski also returned to his seat at Navigation again.
=/\= Yeoman Hopkins, please report to the Bridge, and take over at Communications please. =/\=
Twenty minutes to waste! thought Glen, as he began to play with the viewscreen controls. He zoomed in close on the area where they had beamed out the Boron Particle.
NE Watch then spoke as the comm station beeped, “..Sir? Fleet Captain Andone is hailing with an update..” the comm ops said.
