Stanley was content. He had filed a report which was met by peevish approval. he took it as a great victory on the same level of Thermopylae considering most of the crew. But he was sure this was finally starting to change. So, he sat now in what appeared to be an empty Mess Hall eating a bowl of diced tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, egg and to hold it all together rice. It was overall a beautiful morning.

Kate and Hunter entered the Mess Hall ‘’Oh that’s nice its quiet empty ‘’ she whispered not to break the silence .Hunter looked around and his vision fell on the psychiatrist ‘’Look if its not the devil himself !’’ the doctor exclaimed .Now it was her turn to be confused ‘’SSSh ....he might hear you’’ and was quick to get hold of his arm and took him to a table further away.

Pulling out a chair Kate sat him down ‘’Seriously what’s wrong with you to-day ?Now I’m going to bring you some vegetable soup and a high energy drink.maybe two ‘’ and with that she left,as Kate passed Stanley she smiled and gave him a slight nod, after all the psychiatrist had been good to her.

Stanley simply smiled and nodded back at Kate. It was obvious that Hunter was being a bit ‘off’ again and he didn’t wish to cause trouble for Kate. This being the case after giving Kate the small greeting he simply went back to eating his breakfast.
