After the meeting Lance went to do some last-minute maintenance on some of the ship weapons like the torpedoes. He was in the armory for about 20 minutes finally got the outer casing off.

Kahuna arrived. “Sorry, Sir! You should have asked me to help you with this.”

Kahuna happened to pick up one of the outer casings that Lance had taken off. It appeared to have some strange runes on the inside. When Kahuna looked more closely it had the names ‘Markov’, ‘Javok’ and ‘Gray’ scratched into the metal. There were other markings that he couldn’t quite make out but the words ‘chocolate’, ‘eclairs’, and the phase ‘pub lunch’ were clear. It was quite odd. Someone must have once had a lot of time to spare in this room.
