John Glen awoke. He was disorientated. He knew he had fainted again but not how long he had been out. Was it seconds, minutes, hours? he thought. This was the second time this had happened in two years. Both times had involved thoughts about the presence of the Ancient Worm in his brain. Was this just psychosomatic? Or had something physical been left behind and never found? Glen needed to get a check-up from Miriam. He couldn’t trust anyone else to know about the Ancient Worm. “Miriam! he thought. How could he have agreed to that damn psychologist interviewing her?* Glen owed Miriam better than that.

Anyway, the pain had gone, he was just a little shaken. He staggered back to the Ready Room door to the Bridge, but then changed his mind and went back into the room again. He took some time to compose himself and a hypospray of pain killers anyway. He looked in the mirror, washed his face, combed his hair and went back to the door. Maybe no one will notice my absence, he thought.

He unlocked the door. The door slid open and he walked back onto the Bridge again.

OOC: I wasn’t sure exactly where you would be up to after my two weeks away. I thought that the Sim might be over now. I was going to paste post this into the correct place once I found that out. I’ve caught up with all the posts now, but I see that Robert hasn’t been around much and not much happened with the actual main Sim (lots of side Sim posts though - well done!)

Anyhow, I don’t think your two meetings with Wong, and all the Mess Hall chat, and Hunter’s talk with Wong, could all have possibly taken place in the few minutes of the Presentation so far, and I also doubt that John Glen would have been unconscious for such a short time either, so does it work if we say this is ten minutes after the presentation is finished and John receives the comms call then?

Cross contacted Glen =/\= Captain, its Cross I’m facing some serious issues and need your opinion about Mr Wong, can you give me an appointment when and where I can see you?=/\= she asked....... the doctor sounded rather anxious.

=/\= Glen here. Er… Can I see you immediately, right now? Miriam, I’ve had another blackout! Not sure I’m up to much regards advice, but I was coming to see you anyway. Do you think there could be something physically still inside me head? Or is it just my internal conflict and stress, aggravated by that damn Wong’s questions causing it? …and I’m sorry too, that I agreed to him interviewing you and Joe. You do sound anxious. If it is causing me this much stress, only Finagle knows what it is doing to you. I had no grounds to stop him, but I still should have said no! I’m on my way down to you right now. See you in a few minutes.

Glen went straight from the Ready Room to the Turbolift and left the Bridge.

A few minutes later he arrived in Sickbay.

“Miriam,” Glen said, “Tell me, what’s the problem?”

As Glen came in Cross closed the office door ‘’Thanks Captain for coming so soon’’ he could see how agitated she was ‘’That psychiatrist you won’t believe what he has been doing to my state of mind’‘Cross started pacing from one end of the office to the other ‘’In his first interview this Stanly said that he had never been so insulted in his life and I swear Captain I did not insult him in any way,apparently he has some authority to report to his superiors who ever they are!’’ Cross exclaimed.Now stopping in front of Glen went on ‘’I don’t trust him,it looks like he knows what happened, if so I have no idea from where he got the information, its like I’m constantly on a roller coaster ,this psychiatrist work in different ways on how to get information,how ever I respond he first gets angry then tell me to relax ,he’ll make an exception and won’t report me .Stanly told me he knew what I went through....so what does he know exactly?’’ she asked clearly distressed.

That’s when she took a good look at the Captain ‘’Glen you look sick what’s wrong?’’ the female doctor asked now concerned about him ‘’I’ll go and get my medical tricoder you wait here just in case Wong is around cause he is talking to most of the crew,its a good thing few crew members are still around when it happened.One last thing Sir, the biological father of my child is no other then the Cmdr,he was the COS back then and when he came back I did tell him I had his child but was abducted.He excepted it and never asked by whom.Now what I’m afraid of is when the psychiatrist interview the Cmdr, I do hope he does not mention it’‘.

Cross made her way to the door to bring her medical tricoder She looked back at the man whom she knew she could trust and how patient he had been with her ‘’Captain rest assured I will never reveal all that is classified’‘.
