When he was finished with the psychiatrist Hunter looked around for the nursing officer.He wanted to know what had caused her to cry and if it was something Stanly had said,what ever it was he was determined to find out.

The doctor saw her looking down at a Padd and made his way towards her without the slightest sound, as if he was about to catch a prey. Hunter then whispered in her ear ‘’Nurse Jane can you spare a moment?’’ because he came from behind the N.O never saw him coming and unintentionally gave her a right fright,that made her scream and throw the Padd she was holding up in the air.

‘’Oh doctor Hunter you nearly gave me a heart attack creeping up on me from behind like that’’ the nurse managed to say with a hand on her chest.Hunter picked up her Padd ‘’I’m sorry dear I had no intention of scaring you,em are you free?’’ Jane looked around ‘’Yes I’m free doctor why?’‘.

‘’Well it seemed you had a little conversation with that Stanley …haven’t you?’’ he asked looking at her with those deep blue eyes ‘’Take a seat Jane and tell me what you spoke about ‘’.

‘’I.I…I asked him why Thomas was back, apparently he came complaining of a headache and once he left I went to ask him what it was this time cause he was always trying to take time of work and that you had tried to help him ‘’ the N.O took a deep breath and stopped but Hunter was far from finished ‘’What else nurse?’’ his tone did not have a pleasing manner and any color Jane had on her face disappeared instantly .
A couple of seconds passed before she found her voice again ‘’I told him when you were reprimanded for sending this crew member with a broken nose and… and’’ Jane could no hold it any longer and started to sob ‘’Get your act together, there are medical personnel around us’’ he’s expression was intense .This side of Hunter’s personality was never seen until now.

‘’Go on what else? ‘’ the doctor asked ‘’I don’t have all day so make it snappy’‘. The N.O nodded ‘’I was about to tell him more but thought that I did not know him and remembered back when I was a junior nurse, we had a security who unbeknown to any of us, he was working with the Federation’s enemies in a harmful manner ‘’.
Hunter was not on the ship at that time and did not ask anymore questions with regards to what Jane had said.
‘’Anything else?’’ Jane blew her nose with a tissue paper while nodding ‘’Yes I told him Faith was the Captain’s niece she took care of the cat ‘’ .

With a penetrating look ,Hunter bend over his face next to hers ‘’ Well done Jane ‘’ he replied sarcastically ‘’Did Stanley tell you that he’s a psychiatrist and what’s he doing here? Who send him and if he did can you verify if its true? ‘’ the doctor shook his head ‘’No I don’t think so either and do not ever engage in any conversation with him’‘.
With those last words Hunter strode off leaving Jane crying softly.
