With a nod the man wrote down the message and then ran off to carry out the request. Turning back to the remaining group Sal continued, “..Well then if there is nothing else shall we continue?” she asked.

Once the group had left Cross and Wolf behind with the nurse Sal led them down to a hallway, to left and right were classrooms about to seat 14 students. As well as 1-2 teachers. The material used seemed to be a combination of paper like books and writing utensils and a small though slightly thick tablet computer device which was attached to each desk directly. The first two classrooms were empty as they passed, both Sal explained was one of their youngest classes in that section. The third classroom they came upon though was exactly the same size and setup, but did have children present, 14 in total. They appeared to be around 4-5 years of age, all of them wore the usual silver varied clothing of shirts and pants etc, though some license here was given to express one self with coloring or designs, all though also had the ever important pointed silver hat sized for their heads on. One teacher seemed to be explaining a concept of teamwork while the second teacher moved about the classroom helping the children as needed. The team were able to look in through the glass wall as Sal spoke, it seems the children nor teachers had noticed them, “..This is the third classroom for this section for the youngest students. Seems they are learning today about teamwork, sharing, and cooperation. This idea is quite important to our society, as it is in part the foundation blocks of everything else we do together as a community..” She said.

It seems one of the children then the main teacher a woman, noticed the onlookers, the children seemed to brighten in excitement at something new or strange but also with some shyness too. The main teacher came over to the hallway opening the door and peeking her head out. “..Oh! Councilor Sal, I did not know you were coming by here today, or that the announced alien visitors would be here. Um.....did you want to come in?” the woman asked. Sal looked to the team to see what they would wish to do.

“Oh! Could we?” Cara purred to the XO. She thought that you could learn a lot about a society from the way the children were taught and behaved, and seeing the children in their own environment might answer some of the questions that Joe and Miriam had about their treatment here.
