=/\= This is something we can discuss if you wish once you arrive Captain…=/\= He replied.=/\= We will meet tomorrow then. Any particular time? And when do you need this list of subjects for lectures? =/\= Glen asked.
=/\= And tomorrow sounds good then..=/\= He added
=/\= Okay. Then I look forward to meeting you. =/\= Glen replied.
With a dim of the screen the comm ended.
Once the Admiral had gone, Glen said to Kord, “We had better think up a good list of subjects. Probably best to call a meeting of the senior officers as soon as possible and brainstorm a little. What do you think?”
Glen made an announcement, =/\= Sorry to eat into your R&R time but we have an appointment at Starfleet Academy tomorrow. I’d like to call a meeting this evening at 1800 hours to discuss it. informal but bring your thinking caps along. My Ready Room. Shouldn’t need to last longer than one hour. Glen out! =/\=
OOC: Basically everyone player wise can come up with a topic to discuss whether in their department or of a personal interest or such that can work as a Q/A session at the academy. So have fun with it is the point!

Later at 1800 hours:
Glen had prepared the Ready Room for the meeting he had called. He hoped that his department heads would come along ready to discuss their particular subjects of personal interest or such that could work as a Q/A session at the Academy.

Nkosenye came in, PaDD in hand. He looked at the Captain and said “Sir. Good evening.” and took a seat.
Nkosenye, CoS
The CoS was followed by Cross ‘’Captain…Lt’’ she gave them a quick nod then looked around ‘’Coffee Captain? No coffee Sir? Where is the darn coffee?’’ the female doctor asked as if her life depended on it.
Cross Dr.
Kord, as usual, stood to the right of the Captain’s chair. He was the silent monochromatic statue watching the proceedings with his piercing blue eyes.
