Doctor Hunter was by the bedside looking down at the child ‘’ Before you boarded the ship we translated words based on the designs and in its micro computer ‘’ he told Cross. Then addressed Tia ‘’Chief I think it would be better if you’ll be the one to wake him up, it would ease his mental well-being considering the poor lad finds himself in an unknown environment and with total strangers’’ for Hunter had seen her becoming emotional attached which he hoped would benefit the child .

The child was soon waking up once administered a small hypo. The boy’s eyes blinked slowly and he gave a quite loud and long winded yawn stretching as one might do from a long deep sleep. Bleary eyed he rubbed his face and slowly sat up. “..I am awake? I guess that means I arrived at my new home?” he murmured to himself before looking about the sickbay and settling one by one on the crew around him. “..Are you my new family?” He asked.

Hunter got down on one knee so as not to loom over the child ‘’Well you could say we are for now, my name is Troy …so what’s your name young lad ?’’ he asked in a soft tone ‘’What is the last thing you remember before you went to sleep?’‘.

A nurse brought the child something to drink and asked if he was hungry.

Hunter Dr.

”..I could use something to eat yes. What do you have to offer?” he inquired curiously. “..As for my name?” he furrowed his brow, “..they said when I woke up my new family would give me one..” he replied. Now that he was more active, more scan results could come in, they showed that judging by his brain activity and not to mention speech, he probably had the capability of being quite intelligent and on some level had already some form of education before being put into the pod.

The nurse looked at Tia hoping she’ll take this on, as for Hunter he was rubbing at his chin ‘’ I’m not sure we are the ones but do not worry we are trying to find your true family ‘’ the doctor hoped that was the case .Now he pointed at one of the spheres ‘’Do you know what those are for’’ he asked in anticipation since the science dept had no clue .

Cross was behind the child scanning with her tricoder ,she scribbled something on a Padd and gave it to Hunter ‘The lad has more brain cells then you do’ the doctor wrote .Hunter just gave Cross the Padd back ignoring her.

She then contacted Glen = /\= Cross from sickbay ,an update from the child who is now fully awake drinking and asking for food =/\= Cross took a deep breath before continuing =/\= When asked for his name ,he was told that his new family would give him one and is thinking it is us, though we explained that we’re still looking for his family .The child seem to be intelligent…Captain any orders from your side? =/\= The CMO asked.
