OOC: As this appears to be a complaint, I’ll answer it. However, please check your facts first. YOU split the thread yourself with your responses (twice actually, and in the first instance probably only by mistake). Robert merely changed the thread title on one of the splits. You then both began a thread bumping competition on threads that neither of you were responding to. That thread bumping competition really annoyed me.

As for my contacting people who are missing, I do contact people who are AWOL to ask them to post. I don’t generally contact people who have posted/are posting as it is a general expectation that they read and answer all threads. I don’t have anyway of knowing if they have read a post yet or not. Maybe they are still thinking up a reply.

There were several questions unanswered. It wasn’t a case on one reply placed in the wrong place. There were questions unanswered to other characters too. I had contacted those people who told me they would reply “soon,” which became almost 2 months, and then turned into never. I guess I did allow my annoyance with that and the thread bumping to make my reply rather abrupt. I completely accept that your own lack of replying was merely a mistake.

My best advice (and this really is to everyone here) still stands - is that it is important that you need to read ALL the posts - not just those you are expecting a reply to. As I said already, information could be revealed in other threads that are directly relevant to your own situation. This is a quiet ship. It really isn’t that hard or time consuming to read everything.
