Glen overheard the conversation as he entered the Bridge. “I can speak to her now. We were delayed by security in the Transporter Room but everything checked out okay,” Glen told Kord. “I’ll need to speak with you regarding some HR issues once this mission is complete and we have some kind of normality again.”

Glen found his chair and sat down. “I’ve missed my old chair!”

Standing she smiled in a friendly manner, next to her was a human lt commander in rank, with the deer like humanoid science officer he had met named Sadie to her left, a few others were arrayed about the bridge in a stance that though concealed their bridge functions or the details did show a difference in layout and size then Glen’s own bridge. =/\= Captain Glen, good to see you safely got through all this. I’m not sure there are many who could claim to be inside a planet and have it become torn apart around them and survive. =/\= She said

=/\= I wanted to congratulate you and your crew for our efforts in defending our reality and timelines from the Serpents. It is unfortunate that there was not a means to find a peaceful resolution to these matters, but they seemed from our brief comm hail we tried before the battle began that they are ran by a religious or cultural doctrine that does not believe or allow compromise to their own desires or goals. But based on a temporal communication I received a few moments ago the Serpents in the past and future by other allied forces report them in retreat or destroyed. It would seem your time period keeps coming up being a key point of history swirling with temporal anomalies. First the Elders, Ancients, and Harvesters, and now these Serpents. Hopefully there won’t be any further problems like this for you to have to deal with or experience..=/\= She said.
