OOC: You can tailor this thread any way you choose. You agree with what I post or refute it. Let’s just have fun writing. ~ KateFreddy entered the security suite not wearing his uniform but a set of PT sweats bearing the logo of the USS Genesis. It was zero dark too early for ninety percent of the crew. The other ten percent were security who tended to still participate in PT like they did back in the academy. While many positions in Starfleet allowed one to get softer in the middle as the years progressed in their career paths, security always was fit as a fiddle. “Phew,” Freddy said, “I am so glad I didn’t missed you all.” In a rather comical fashion, Freddy stretched as if he was entering an aerobics class instead of a security PT drill. “So what is on the menu today? Sit ups, pull ups, running? I do hope running. I love a good marathon before dawn.”
Freddy
An older NE snorted. “Marathons? There ain’t enough space on the ship outside of the holodeck to run one of them.”
“Not to mention you’d drop dead by mile five, Sanders,” a younger NE joked.

Grabbing the wall, Freddy did another stretch. “Don’t want to pull a hammy now do we,” he stretched some more before stopping and rubbing his hands together. “So let’s go to the holodeck,” he said fishing in his pocket for an old time set of sweat bands. Placing one around his forehead, he put the other two around his wrists.
Freddy
“Absolutely not,” was the general consensus of the Security team.
Freddy let out a full bodied laugh. He did like this crew. No one liked being evaluated by the Office of Safety and Health Associates but at least this group had spirit.
“Marathons are reserved for special occasions,” Thomas said, coming out of his office. “Like individual trainings for officers who have particularly displeased me. This morning, they’re only doing ten laps of this deck.”

“Laps it is,” Freddy stated reaching down to and tapping his sneakers. Instantly they began lift him off the ground. He looked at the men now staring at him, “What? You did not think I was going to be able to keep up with all you without help. I am flattered but,” he let out a laugh. “These babies also help me get to those high reach places like those 20 foot walls you climb for fun. So, who wants to be interviewed first,” he asked clicking his stylus.
Freddy
In response he got a lot of narrowed eyes.
“Interviewed about what, and who the Hells are you anyway?” asked Sanders.
