Commander McGregor,

As part of my first order of business aboard the Genesis, I’m beginning annual medical evaluations with department heads and senior officers. I’d like to get yours scheduled at your earliest convenience.

I expect you’re no stranger to physicals—or to doctors who ask too many questions. I promise to keep it efficient, thorough, and respectful of your time. No lectures unless you ask for them.

Let me know what works for your schedule. I’ll be in Sickbay.
