While Doctor Logan was leaving her medical bay she had then went on her break. As she was going onto break she had then bumped into someone on the way to the mess hall. “Oh excuse me I didn’t see you there. I was busy on my PaDD here. Checking up on my medical records to see who still needs medical exams or not.” She apologized to a crew member and then continued walking towards the mess hall. By the time she reached to the mess hall, she then went to a replicator and replicated a cup of coffee. She then grabbed her cup of coffee and sat down and continued looking through medical records of every single crew member on board. However, she then put it down since she has another PaDD and started to read a book she started to read while she always sat in her office in her medical bay since there was absolutely nothing to do. Someone had then walked up to her and she looked up and noticed but didn’t recognize them.

CMO Logan.

The young ensign stood in front of her smiling like a chesire cat, he looked like he was about to bounce off the wall, he’s wearing a gold uniform with a small round hat the same color as his uniform a small 6 sided star pendant hanging around his neck
“Hi there! I’m David! It’s nice to met you!”

“Pleasure is all mine ensign. Please sit.” She offered him a seat in front of her.

CMO Logan

David sat down and took a deep breath “Sorry, first ship I’m just really really excited” He said “I umm don’t think I caught your name Lieutenant.”

Ensign David Malmed Tactical

“Lieutenant Ashley Logan. Chief Medical officer aboard this vessel”. She said to the ensign. “I’m glad your excited to be on board. Have you came to sickbay for you regular check-in for me to see if you’re medically fit for duty?” She asked. “The reason why I asked is because I haven’t seen you come in. I mean like I said I’m glad your excited but it would be nice at some point to see you in sick ay at some point for it.” She added with a smile.

CMO Logan

David looked down and blushed slightly giving a little grin

“Not yet, I was hungry so I came here to get a bite to eat” he shrugs “then I met you and got distracted”

David Malmhed Tactical

“Is it because I’m that attractive?” She asked. “I know I’m beautiful.” She added.

CMO Logan

His cheeks flushed a deeper shade as he shifted uneasily in his seat.

“Uh, no, that’s not what I meant… I mean, yes, you’re attractive, but I…” His words trailed off, and he found himself wishing he could just disappear.

Ensign David Malmhed Tactical

“Sorry ensign. Didn’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable.” She said to him looking at him.

CMO Logan

He offered her a gentle smile. “It’s okay, you just caught me off guard,” he said, his voice tinged with a light chuckle.

“Well it wasn’t my intention ensign.” She said smiling back.

CMO Logan
David chuckled and shrugged nonchalantly.

“Anyway,” he continued, steering the conversation in a new direction, “where do you hail from?”

“Hail ensign? I don’t understand what you mean? Do you mean where do I come from?” She asked.

CMO Logan

David sighed “Yes…yes, I meant to ask where you are from, I’m sorry you must think I’m some wiredo”

David Malmhed Tactical

“No I don’t David. It’s okay. I am from a planet called Trill. It’s part of the Federation. Besides, it’s nice to be part of starfleet. It has been the best thing that has happened to me.” She said with a smile.

CMO Logan

“I had a hunch,” he said, motioning towards her distinctive markings, “but assumptions can be misleading. At the academy, I dated an Andorian who was born and raised on Alpha Centauri, so origins can be quite surprising. As for me, I’m from Jerusalem on Earth.”

David Malmhed

“Well ensign. I must admit your actually really attractive for someone your age especially being a junior officer. I know it’s not advisable but. You look good.” She said.

CMO Logan

“Wow, I’m flattered,” he remarked with a smirk, a wave of confidence washing over him. “Though I don’t think I’m that much younger than you. Besides, I’ve always had a thing for older women.”

David Malmhed Tactical

“Well I am only 27 years old. So I hope that doesn’t make you think of me any different?” She asked with a flattered expression on her face.
