You are hereby requested to return to Fleet 6 Headquarters at Black Rock immediately. You and your crew are overdue for shore leave, and you are welcomed to use the facilities here, as limited as they are for your shoreleave. You and your XO, Lt Commander Peterson are to attend the VIP lounge in your dress uniforms.

Reaching Calvin’s office, Vanessa began to knock on the door while activating the door controls indicating her sense of extreme urgency. He had to know by now that the guilty pleasure show that Vanessa adored would be a proverbial hop, skip and jump from their location. Sure she had just returned from a month-long shore leave on Earth but this was the Desperate Housewives of Betazoid.

The knocking on the door was not unexpected however the speed at which it seemed to appear as his eyes finished scanning the mission report was perplexing. He had just gotten the word about shore leave so unless someone was hacking into his Starfleet communications account, this could not be about the impending shore leave. Looking up at the door he let his mind roam to who was beating on his door as if the Borg were attacking.

“Come,” Calvin called out sharply before lifting his eyes to see how was going to grace the room with their presence.
