Vora nodded and carefully released her arm to allow Avik access, wincing slightly. Her head still ached but so far she was thinking clearly and nothing seemed amiss. Whether it was just her or something about both their interactions, Zorell couldn’t help but notice the slight awkwardness between them. But then again, the last time they had been in any proximity, they had been taken prisoner and locked away and Vora had… well, had a rough time. To say the least.

Avik gently examined the arm. Her hands moved the sleeve up to exposed the surface and allow her to note the condition. While she couldn’t examine it properly without a tricorder, she noted a few signs for evidence. Bruising and swelling around the areas of the suspected fracture then the intense pain. As gently as she could, Avik touched it lightly while she watched Vora’s reaction.
Zorell winced at even the lightest touch and she had to work very hard to focus on something other than the pain.
“It appears to be a moderate one, but still serious.” Once finished, Avik began to feel for the seam that connected her sleeves to her torso.
With a loud rip, she began to tear them off as neat as she could. When she finished her task, she then began to rip and braid them into long strips.
“Place your arm in a position close to your body and in a way you can tolerate the pain. I’m going to bind it in place until we can get Medical down here.”

Vora nodded and gently brought her right arm underneath her chest and held it with her left arm carefully. As she did so, she tapped her commbadge and only heard static. She frowned and sighed. “We can only assume they know we’re here,” she said as she looked upwards. Worse came to worse, they could try to get out through the emergency access, but in her state that was a difficult proposition.
It seemed they were stuck together. In a small space. Yet again.
