: : : : : : “I’m sure I will,” Matt replied as he motioned for Poshal to lead on.

: : : : : Poshal nodded as they walked down a path with large flowering trees and plants that seemed to hide the buildings. As they came into the clearing, a series of large buildings came into view. They were well made and had exquisite architetural details not often seen in buildings “Welcome to Main Engineering.” Poshal said as she opened the door to let Matt through.

: : : : : Inside the main building, there was a bustling of people throughout, some where carrying PaDDs others were caring pieces of equipment. The entire building was clean and pristine and very sterile. On the walls, there were pipes that seemed to be carrying deterium and matter and anti matter to the main core.

: : Poshal nodded “Let’s go look at our electricity plant.” She said leading the way to the back of the building they were in. There was no indication of a warp generator within the building. Outside behind the large building were rows and rows of wind turbines “Our primary source of power is the wind.” She said “You’ll notice there is always a breeze blowing here, so we are able to generate enough power to satisfy the majority of the city. When that is not enough, we have four large water generators that we use to supplement the power.” She said leading the way to another building.

: : Behind several of the windmills, Wiseman would notice people hiding and peeking out almost as if they were afraid of being seen outside.

: Poshal noticed the hiding figures and sighed inwardly, just what they needed right now..the inferiors making their presence known. She turned to Wiseman “How do you power your cities or ships?” She asked

Matt noticed the peculiar behavior, but said nothing, planning to mention it when he spoke to the Captain.

Instead, he returned his focus to the topic at hand, “On Earth we found it more reliable to use solar power. With our weather contol systems, there is plenty enough to go around. As for our ships, we use a combination of nuclear fusion, and contained Matter-Antimatter Annihilation reactions to generate energy. The Warp drive is the biggest power hog, and requires the Matter Antimatter Reactor Assembly, to function. Pretty much every other system can be run on auxiliary power with zero loss of functionality. I know several species use alternate sources of energy, such as artificial singularities,” Matt finished, pausing before asking, “Your turn again: What power source do your ships run on?”
