After Avik left, Lucius followed suit. His hand dropped off the tray on his way out as he entered the corridor. He paused by the nearest monitor then typed in Counselor Nox’s id, requesting her office and then followed the markers. It was difficult to leave the situation as it was. While he knew Avik’s logic would prevent her emotional issues from harming her duty, he knew her lack of connection with the crew might hurt their trust toward her in the long run. At least, he feared it.

As he made his way toward Counselor Nox’s office, he attempted to recall everything he knew on the woman. Unfortunately, her files were sealed by higher authority. He found that a bit curious. Usually, that meant something unorthodox was related to the subject and meeting her, excited him a bit.

When he finally found the office door, he pressed the button to see if she was around. If she wasn’t, then he would spend most of the day tracking her down inside the ship.

Sienna looked up as the chime to her office sounded. Her brow furrowed a bit and she looked at the time. No, no scheduled appointment she had missed. Perhaps it was someone who needed her and had not thought to set an appointment. She said, “Come in.” and set down the PaDD she was reading. It was a report from a sector nearby where a few key items had been stolen. She was investigating to find out if they were in fact, the exact items needed by her nemesis. If there was a reluctance to put down the PaDD and focus on the here and now however, Sienna didn’t show it.

“Yes? How may I help you?”
